Kore is an enterprise software provider of an all-in-one Bots Platform (as-a-service) and cutting-edge smart technology for enterprises to build and deploy out-of-the-box or completely customized chatbots for their customers and workforce.
The default sync/matching is based only on email addresses, which causes false matches for those in our database who may have used the same email (husband/wives, members of same organization, etc).
There is no way to act on the data KORE presents using Salesforce reporting - the data KORE "shows" does not live in Salesforce.
We also use their Ticket Sales Opportunities Module and this has had increasing glitches.
Tech support does not seem to have much expertise, especially in regard to Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are using the standard version of Salesforce, and have no existing data in your CRM, this would probably work fine. KORE is only good for data visualization, not for manipulation or more granular investigations.

We hired KORE to act as our integrator between our ticketing software and Salesforce. We are running the Nonprofit Success Pack of Salesforce, and also had a great deal of existing data in the CRM prior to our contract with the new ticketing partner and KORE.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
