What do you like best?
I think most predictive platforms are somewhat on par and it will depend on who performs the best in a bakeoff against your data, but Lattice has proven itself over the years to be the premium vendor in this space. We ran two tests among 6 vendors. Lattice was in the top 2 in both tests, and their standing in the community leads me to believe this is typically the case in other companies.
While that is reason enough to include them when searching for a tool, their Customer Success and Implementation team are incredible and make implementation fast, easy, and efficient.
Lastly, they are constantly improving and adding new features to help their customers.
What do you dislike?
One thing I dislike is that the initial model is solely based on demographic/firmagraphic scoring, with not focus on behavioral. That said, we are in the process of rolling out a behavioral piece to accompany this and the end result should be even better then if we combined the two into one score. Now, we'll have A-D for Demo/Firma and 1-4 for Behavioral so we'll be able to base our MQLs on a combination of the two fields.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Build a behavioral model at the same time as the demo/firm model.
