What do you like best?
Our trainer and the LeadMD team promised a number of deliverables and, in short, they delivered. It wasn't a hands-off virtual training, that could have easily been given by a number of pre-recorded videos, but an interactive, conversational experience that engaged us.
What do you dislike?
I might suggest, as a learning tool, that the physical control of the tools being taught be turned over to the trainees periodically so that we can also learn by doing in a guided environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I wish I'd asked more questions, so I would recommend that the trainee teams meet in advance of each session to formulate a list of goals for the session and any questions they might anticipate having.
