What do you like best?
One of the most frustrating parts about marketing lately is all the different tools and software I need to bring in to get my job done. That being said, what I like most about Leadspace is that it truly is a one stop shop in a data platform. Additionally, the entire Leadspace team is so helpful and accommodating and provides top of the line, personalized customer service.
What do you dislike?
One potential dislike is that data enrichments are handled by their team in Israel so any large list cleanse or enrichment may take a longer turnaround time, but nothing that can't be planned for.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you're looking for a tool to help solve a lot of everyday marketing issues (lead to account mapping, data enrichments, lead scoring, lead targeting,etc.) Leadspace is what you're looking for. Implementation is a breeze (I've personally implemented in both SalesForce and Marketo) and was up and running in no time.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've brought Leadspace into three different companies I've worked with now and used it for everything from identifying target accounts/leads to data enrichments, database clean up, increases in lead conversion and even lead to account mapping.
