"Great B2B predictive database tool"

What do you like best?

While other predictive tools focus primarily on scoring with a vague ROI, Leadspace focuses on applying that predictive intelligence to build, append, and cleanse a B2B database, finding the best companies and, more importantly, the best contacts at that account. As importantly, their utilization of predictive intelligence is not cookie cutter as I have found with many other predictive systems. Their data scientists are building truly custom models for your business so its really right for you. Their target account buying center building is really fantastic too. Their new look-a-like modeling has been really great for us. Their salesforce integration is really strong. I have used them at straight companies at this point with positive experiences at both.

What do you dislike?

Its not the cheapest tool in town. But if your needs are sophisticated and your business is trying to be best in class, they offer a great and impactful service.

Recommendations to others considering the product

When you purchase, spend the sufficient time setting up your profile thoughtfully and sharing your past success data so your predictive models work right. Don't use it like you might a simple mass database.

Database building, appending, cleansing. Finding new target accounts. Building out contact center for target accounts. Using look-a-like technology to find new companies who are not in your database.

"Leadspace is an integral part of our MarTech stack"

What do you like best?

We use Leadspace for lead enrichment, lead to account matching, and persona scoring, and also looking to add contact acquisition for target accounts. My favorite aspect is definitely the persona scoring where we worked with the Leadspace team to define our key target personas using job titles, job levels and technologies and now when new leads come into our database, they get scored against these personas and this drives a key part of our lead scoring model and campaign segmentation. I like the simplicity of the webhook integration with Marketo and how fast leads get enriched--almost instantly! Also lucky to work with a great customer success team.

What do you dislike?

Lead to account matching has not always been accurate and we realized when we add new accounts to the system, we need to send them for offline mapping on at least a monthly basis. Would be great if this was an integrated solution. Also often when we need offline enrichment or changes to the persona scoring, it takes up to a week.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take advantage of the persona scoring that Leadspace can provide! I don't know of any other vendors that do this. It takes a while to set it up but once you do, it's great to use for segmenting the database and the qualification part of lead scoring.

Lead enrichment and filling in gaps in the data, persona scoring, lead to account matching - ultimately all aspects of our lead flow and scoring.

"LeadSpace = EFFICIENCY"

What do you like best?

Their account data is second to none. It's allowed us to really zero in on target accounts for our SalesTeam

What do you dislike?

Credit model for pricing makes us have to be careful when dolling out credits to the sales team for fear they would use them capriciously.

LeadSpace has fantastic support services when you're getting set up, but be aware, it's not plug and play. You need to be heavily involved in the set-up or else you wont get the full benefits.

We have been able to accelerate our Marketing Sourced pipeline by using the LeadSpace Lead 2 Account data. It's allowed us to only serve our ADRs the leads we want them talking to.

"Great Product"

What do you like best?

It has allowed us to really target prospects within our market. LeadSpace also has a great account management team.

What do you dislike?

Integration has been a bit of a lengthy process but we are utilizing Hubspot which isn't as turn-key as something like a Salesforce for them.

Prepare to have implementation time factored in.

We are able to target in on the leads with a higher potential to convert. Our market is very broad and yet very niche within the verticals so it's been challenging for us to target into the right folks before Leadspace developed our profile. Leadspace has also helped us clean up our database and is allow us to segment in ways we weren't able to before.

"Leadspace Helps Fill Gaps in Account Intelligence"

What do you like best?

The customer success team at Leadspace is top notch! We never would have been able to be successful using the tool without the guidance from our CSM and implementation team at Leadspace. They have helped us in every step of the way and been able to provide best practices and key workflows for activating the data that Leadspace provides. Their ability to learn our business and provide actionable insights and recommendations has been extremely helpful as we role out the technology and data to our sales and marketing teams.

What do you dislike?

The inability to download contact and account information on a self-service basis makes turnaround time on net-new acquisition a bit time consuming.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leadspace is a one stop shop for helping fill gaps in our database and account intelligence. While searching for tools to help with predictive analytics and propensity to buy modeling, we came across Leadspace. Leadspace has helped us fill in the missing areas in our account and prospect database by being able to cleanse and augment our data, prioritize the right accounts for sales, and provide additional account and contact details to round out our sales/marketing database.

"A "one stop shop" when it comes to software"

What do you like best?

One of the most frustrating parts about marketing lately is all the different tools and software I need to bring in to get my job done. That being said, what I like most about Leadspace is that it truly is a one stop shop in a data platform. Additionally, the entire Leadspace team is so helpful and accommodating and provides top of the line, personalized customer service.

What do you dislike?

One potential dislike is that data enrichments are handled by their team in Israel so any large list cleanse or enrichment may take a longer turnaround time, but nothing that can't be planned for.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking for a tool to help solve a lot of everyday marketing issues (lead to account mapping, data enrichments, lead scoring, lead targeting,etc.) Leadspace is what you're looking for. Implementation is a breeze (I've personally implemented in both SalesForce and Marketo) and was up and running in no time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've brought Leadspace into three different companies I've worked with now and used it for everything from identifying target accounts/leads to data enrichments, database clean up, increases in lead conversion and even lead to account mapping.

"LeadSpace is a good tool with a great team"

What do you like best?

We use LeadSpace for lead enrichments and contact acquisition, but what I have liked best is the ongoing conversation and optimization the LeadSpace team has worked with us to achieve in the last 18 months we have worked together. Their customer success team has been open to a weekly call as well as multiple one-off meetings to help us look into new acquisition strategies, better ways to train our sales reps on the tools or general optimization so we see the best results from both enrichment and acquisition with LeadSpace.

What do you dislike?

I believe there are some short comings with the acquisition tool. Specifically, it's not clear how often the data is refreshed and we can only take contacts that have an email address, which decreases the number of leads we can find from their tool. Instead, we have to work with their team to build lists offline while our reps only find the top contacts via the acquisition tool in Salesforce.

Recommendations to others considering the product

LeadSpace has many different features beneficial to those running an account-based marketing strategy or those who just want to improve their outbound demand generation and sales prospecting efforts. If you're looking at implementing LeadSpace, make sure you do a pilot with members of different sales teams so you can build out your acquisition profiles and ensure it meets not just your needs, but your sales teams needs. If you are comparing the enrichment tool to other processes, I would also consider the following: where does the enrichment take place? will it affect your forms? will it automatically de-dupe against your database? do the other tools include both person and company level enrichment?

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We originally looked at LeadSpace to help us route leads based on company location and annual revenue. LeadSpace provides this information for the majority of our inbound leads so we can route prospects to the right reps in the right territories. We have seen a lot of success using LeadSpace for enrichment. We also integrated LeadSpace as part of our prospecting efforts. We ar e able to find contacts with verified email addresses and within our persona based on more than title - it also searches based on job functions, technologies used and department.

"Leadspace: Gets the job done, but needs improvement"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to append a lead's data using the webhook in Marketo. Once you install the webhook, you can let it run in the background and it'll enrich new leads as they come in. Prospecting a company is fairly easy as well in the Salesforce module. If you have a few accounts you're looking at, just search for them, click the contacts you want, and add them to your Salesforce instance. Quick and simple. And it matches against your current SFDC leads and contacts so you're not adding dupes to your instance.

What do you dislike?

Certain things take a bit more time. If you're looking for a targeted list with a moderate amount of customization, you'll need to contact your Leadspace rep. Getting a simple targeted list from them can take a week (sometimes longer) and it might not be exactly what you're looking for so you'll need to go back and forth a bit. Not only that, but creating a prospecting list in the Salesforce module doesn't always work as intended and the cap is only 200 leads. Sometimes you'll set the cap at 200, request a list, and it'll only return 50 leads even though you set quite broad criteria.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you set up enough prospecting profiles for everything you need right away. It's kind of annoying to have to ask your rep for a targeted list constantly, so if you can get that set up, you should only be contacting your Leadspace person for very specific targeted lists or very large lists.

We've appended a ton of data we were missing from our current database, allowing us to better segment our leads and contacts. We've also utilized them to prospect new leads from our target industries.

"Comparing LS to your typical data vendor is comparing apples to oranges – they’re just not the same"

What do you like best?

What impresses me most about Leadspace, and the reason I consider them in a completely different class than your “traditional” contact data vendor, is their ability to produce results in real-time. Whether it’s refreshed weekly, quarterly or monthly, the data that traditional vendors offer will always be pulled from a static universe - data that existed as of “x” point in time. It’s like doing a google search versus looking in an encyclopedia. The reality is that data changes. With Leadspace you eliminate degradation from the equation.

What do you dislike?

There has been an overwhelming demand for this solution by our regional divisions outside of North America. The fact that LS is drawing data from the web, means that they are partially dependent on information that is self-published, which can be limited in certain regions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our primary use case was expanding coverage of key titles within target accounts. The quality of names that LS has provided is unmatched. When run against the same email campaigns, the data provided by LS has continually out performed data sourced through other vendors and even our own house database.

"Accurate, Targeted Leads"

What do you like best?

Leadspace provides an easy to use and intuitive UI built into Salesforce that makes it extremely easy to train new users. The contact information is the most accurate and up to date of any application I've used. An added bonus is being able to customize profiles to provide only the personas you are targeting. Making changes to these profiles is also easy thanks to the great customer success team.

What do you dislike?

The only issue is if you want to search for a specific person instead of a list of people at any particular company. There are workarounds so this is not that big of a deal.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to increase the volume and efficiency of outreach for our Business Development team. We have been able to pull more leads with accurate information in a shorter period of time. This allows us to do a better job covering things like pre conference outreach which used to suffer due to how long it would take to manually find and create leads.

"Leadspace is a great marketing tool"

What do you like best?

Leadspace is a swiss army knife type marketing tool - we use it for discovery, enrichment, cleansing, and targeting. I'm especially a fan of their look-a-like account discovery, Salesforce integration, lead enrichment webhook, and ideal account profile building.

What do you dislike?

Their self-service portal could use some improvement in regards list building. It is amazing for hyper-targeted prospecting and enrichment though.

"Onboarding with Leadspace - great service experience"

What do you like best?

My customer experience has been extraordinary as I've ramped up on the solution. Our company sells into a unique industry relative to the majority of Leadspace's customer base, so we've had non-standard questions and support needs. Our Customer Success Director is extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. She proactively finds answers to any questions that she cannot answer. Timelines for delivery are adhered to, and there is strong accountability in the engagement.

What do you dislike?

There are occasional challenges with company matching, which is probably partly due to the industry that we serve. In general we've been pleased with the tools and we continue to refine and optimize. Having a responsive CSD and project team helps us to find fixes to problems that we do encounter.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are enriching and refreshing our existing leads and contacts and identifying net new prospects across a diverse set of industry verticals. The core industries that we serve have experienced a great deal of employee movement in the past two years, so getting updated and enriched contact records has been a great early benefit.

"Leadspace brings AI to marketing like no other "

What do you like best?

1) Verified Leadspace enrichment data comes with a very high data quality score from us! Now we can provide more accurate and complete data for both contacts and accounts to our Sales team. Leadspace's ability to find and link social data is a favored feature for our reps that have been spending a ton of time with Google until now. The most favored feature is the frequent return of the Person LinkedIn Profile URL.

2) Personalized model development for both inbound AND outbound applications.

What do you dislike?

1) Missing some process overviews and requirements/input templates, but your leading practice approach and recommendations around scoring/data are always bulletproof!

2) More structure/self-service options – this seems to be coming soon with future product feature releases.

You need it! It may be early days in terms of product development, and we may not quite fully have the “auto-pilot” functionality enabled. But Leasdpace is truly becoming the Tesla of marketing automation, and they are especially reliable when it's time to drain your data swamp to start with a fresh, clean data lake (-:

1) Data quality/completeness, sales productivity and autonomous marketing. We are using Leadspace to help identify a competitor or partner before sending any notifications to Sales. This will enable us to better segment our marketing database, and eliminate the noise from non-customer fans.

2) Real-time enrichment and scoring allows our marketing automation engines to identify and accelerate the names that are more likely to buy now. Top scored Leadspace names are converting 5X above the average!

"A very dependable and knowledgeable partner to work with"

What do you like best?

Their commitment and willingness to work with us and understand our problem. Their ability to articulate their solution and also their customer friendly attitude to leave no stone unturned to provide us with the correct solution.

We worked with Leadspace for our Marketing account intelligence and predictive analytics solution. We needed to identify the customers/leads with the highest propensity to buy in a timely fashion and pass it on to our sales team to act upon it. What do you like best?

The quality and accuracy of the data. You get leads that look like your customers and are emailed and or socially verified.

What do you dislike?

In the system to order lists you cannot save a default order so you can use that for future orders. Also, being able to pull lists by markets would help.

"Leadspace is an awesome sales intelligence tool!"

What do you like best?

Leadspace’s prospecting tool allows my sales reps to work smarter, not harder, because they can find the right leads in their targeted accounts. The sales reps’ productivity increases because they do not have to spend as much time researching each lead. Most of the information the reps need before making a call (LinkedIn profile links, account size, account description) is in the lead record. Also, our Salesforce data is clean now because Leadspace enriched our leads and contacts. I’m also impressed with the amount of support we obtain from the Leadspace team. They’re always available, ready to help and prompt! This is atypical and costly when dealing with software vendors.

What do you dislike?

The Tool is still maturing and evolving, but this is typically a good thing.

"Best data on companies and people"

What do you like best?

Our company targets unique companies and personas in healthcare; finding an enrichment provider with reasonable pricing and accurate data was tough until we tested Leadspace.

What do you dislike?

Enrichment of accounts isn't automated and there are many workflow triggers you have to custom build in SFDC depending on your use case.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Data hygiene, depth and breadth on the person and account level. Decreased lead research, prioritization of accounts and efficient allocation of territory.

What do you like best?

The UI is very friendly and easy to navigate. I like that you can visually see the filters and the criteria applied. The consumption chart is nice as well so we can visualize the credits that are remaining. Moving thru the UI makes building profiles and reusing them extremely easy which is a nice feature.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. The system stores up to 5 recent searches which is again nice for repeat requests.

We are able to augment our database and keep it fresh with net new data as well as refresh data. Also, our internal group uses the system for contact details.

"Service from a true partner!"

What do you like best?

Leadspace is more than just a piece of technology that helps build and enrich my database, it's experienced professionals that share best practices who genuinely care about the success of my company. I know that the team (yes, there are many people who are willing, ready and able to help me) will move heaven and earth to help with whatever I need. I appreciate their dedication to customer success and knowing I can lean on them as a true partner through the continued growth at my company.

What do you dislike?

At the end of the day, Leadspace works very hard to give us exactly what we need. At times it may take more than 1 pass to fill in all the gaps with the data. They are able to do this quickly and return results to me within my required time frames. This is the only thing I can think of, even though it's not really a dislike. If I'm not happy with the results, they will keep working on my projects until I am happy, and I appreciate that.

Leadspace has helped us build our database, clean and enrich our existing data. They've made this very easy for us by analyzing our data and creating a targeted persona profile just for us. With Leadspace, we know our sales and marketing teams are always targeting the right people. Our database is clean and current. Leadspace has saved us tremendous time in this area so our sales team doesn't have to waste time digging around for data and can spend more time closing deals.

"Solid technology; responsive company"

What do you like best?

Tuning lead scoring and prospecting to the fingerprint of your best customers wins the day. Account management and support teams are responsive, patient, professional, and thorough. Regular followup indicates the company places a value on customer success and long-term partnership. They listen to and frequently involve customers in product improvements and innovations.

What do you dislike?

These qualify more as feature requests than "dislikes", but our team really wants the ability to search for an individual contact through the primary Leadspace interface. The workaround is to create the record with known information and use the visual force plugin to then enrich the lead, but we don't find this as intuitive. Our events team would love to be able to combine company name and title to be able to narrow down our potential audience at tradeshows.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking to invest in predictive scoring and prospecting without the $100K+ price tag, Leadspace is a great place to start. To enrich or expand a database with targets that match current customer profile, there's easily a full year or more of use to fully exhaust the potential.

"Good Tool - But Doesn't Solve Everything"

What do you like best?

Their ability to enrich data and create various profiles for targeted prospecting. In general it's an easy to use tool for sales & the inside sales team to use in prospecting.

I think there's a fair amount of functionality that we're not using. For example, we don't rely on them for any of our ABM matching as we license other data for that.

What do you dislike?

The two things I find most frustrating about LeadSpace is that you cant search for specific people (like if we meet someone at an event and only have name and organization), it takes awhile for them to run offline enrichment, as well as they REQUIRE First/Last/Company/Email for their MAP & SFDC enrichment integration. This is a big of a headache since, like many, we have older data that doesn't have all this information. It's SHOCKING to me that email address is not enough information to enrich based off of.

It's also worth noting, while I like their concept of scoring leads & accounts to tell you how good of a match they are, I find this score is often VERY unreliable. I'm sure in part this is on our side with the criteria we gave them initially as well as our target audience.

If you're in a specific industry or a very targeted audience, I would make sure to look into how much coverage they have. Create multiple profiles for different buyer roles. It really hopes the team focus when prospecting.

Prospecting - finding new contacts that are relevant based on role at the organization.

Worth noting, the review is forcing me to pick either "Lead Scoring" or "Predictive Analytics" for the purpose we use LeadSpace for. HOWEVER, we don't use LeadSpace for either of these functions

"Data Integration"

What do you like best?

Level of detail provided in data files. Responsiveness of LeadSpace team. Accuracy of data. Scoring of persona models and customization of profiles.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is in the early stages of development. It currently lacks some level of complexity that is key to our business. We overcome these challenges by interfacing with the LeadSpace team directly which has been great. I look forward to the UI updates.

"Great tool for sales, marketing, demand gen, and helps unite sales and marketing for better ABM"

What do you like best?

I love how granular you can get with targeting. Leadspace provides best in class B2B data, Lead to Account matching, Ideal customer profile creation becomes easy and sales can focus on pulling their own data one account at a time while marketing can focus on driving inbound leads home.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the platform has a few bugs but ultimately everything works very well

Leadspace enables us to procure the very best leads that fit our ideal customer profile, freeing us from buying our b2b data from 3rd party vendors that is highly inaccurate. before Leadspace our database was large, messy, inaccurate and extremely fragmented, now it is a powerhouse of accurate data.

"Very useful BI tool"

What do you like best?

"Decent Tool for Obtaining Leads"

What do you like best?

It was great tool for the sales team to search for specific leads and target companies. They could easily browse through all the data a select those contacts/leads they wanted. It was also helpful for completing lists our company had obtained, but was missing information for. Enriching lists greatly improved our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike?

Some reports aren't able to pull as many as we would like for certain targets. We had difficulty with Government contacts. However, still able to expand our reach with option of other countries.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Talk with them and get to know how they build their targeted lists. Once we saw the effort they put in to understanding what we were looking for it made it a no brainer to work with Leadspace.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Biggest benefit is the support I get from Leadspace. They are extremely responsive to all my requests and have assisted in created customer profiles for our company that even we hadn't thought of.

"Great Company Offering a Great Product with Excellent Support"

What do you like best?

Leadspace has a terrific team that is very responsive to our needs. It has been great working with them on various different projects. The predictive model we've built has proved to be extremely accurate.

What do you dislike?

In some cases (depending on the specific project scope) it can take a rather long time to complete projects with Leadspace. This is most likely a result of the number of projects we have in the queue with them and the complexity of our projects.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Leadspace has very high quality data compared to other vendors we have tried. In addition, they have a great support team that has helped us through many different projects of varying complexity.

"Good data enrichment tool"

What do you like best?

I like the quality of the data that comes in from LeadSpace, they have an extensive database/methodology which they use to provide as accurate data as possible.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the contact to account relationship is not maintained and updateable automatically in tandem with Salesforce logic. Each contact's account information is stored within each individual contact record, and if you want to make sure the records remain in sync with salesforce, there needs to be 2 workflows created, one from the contact to the parent account, another from the parent account to all child contacts.

The main business problem we were able to solve is accurate data, and more insights into our prospects.

"Helpful Team, Robust product but can use a bit of work"

What do you like best?

The Salesforce app for Leadspace is easy to use and has a good UI. There's a decent list of fields to enrich records with. The Leadspace team is very friendly, always willing to help, and extremely responsive.

What do you dislike?

There were issues with processing large batches for enrichment via the Marketo webhook. Communication on recommended fields to add to Salesforce for enrichment could have been better. It was generally left up to us to decide what fields we wanted, but throughout implementation we had to keep adding new fields for various reasons according to the Leadspace team. Match rate for Address data can be improved.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted our Leads and Contacts to have more complete information that a sales rep can use when seeking a sales opportunity. Information like Phone number, LinkedIn, Industry, Address were valuable. We are looking to use the enriched data from Leadspace to improve reporting, segmentation, and analytics.

" A good tool for targeting leads - excellent customer service"

What do you like best?

The Leadspace team has been very responsive from sales, support and customer success. The platform has performed fairly well and has delivered targeted leads and allowed sales reps to find targeted contacts within accounts. The platform has tons of potentials.

What do you dislike?

The built in list builder lacks some of the polish and accuracy available when working the the analyst team to build lists. We have also seen quality issues on occasion and lack of insight into products and technologies. I have seen improvements over the last year but hope for additional advancement.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leadspace is providing us with new leads and allowing us to enrich and/or add contacts within existing accounts.

"Lead Enrichment"

What do you like best?

LeadSpace allow us to have access to customer's information that we don't posses in our data bases. The information is well detailed in contact and account level.

What do you dislike?

The level of enrichment is not similar across contacts, reason why statistical analysis can't be widely applied to specific variable, forcing us to do extra steps to reach a valuable result out from a data set.

"Best contact database we've found"

What do you like best?

It's often difficult for our sales team to quickly identify the right people at target companies. With Leadspace, they can quickly find them without sorting through lots of non-related titles.

What do you dislike?

As with all tools, it isn't perfect. The account fuzzy matching isn't great and sometimes our team gets frustrated when the search is too narrow and they do not return leads.

What do you like best?

allows for back-end enrichments which take the inaccuracy out of someone self-selecting and great for database refresh

What do you dislike?

Though the salesforce interface we have not seen adoption like we wanted due to inaccurate date early in our use

"Data is Pretty Accurate But Very Slow and Poor Integration with SFDC"

What do you like best?

Data accuracy and the number of data sources is very good. The team is phenomenal. The ability to only show the contacts that fit your ideal customer profile is also a plus.

What do you dislike?

The speed (or lack there of) and the way it matches companies in SFDC and the fact that they charge to append company only data to every lead/contact for that company should be once for the company data not per lead/contact. Very expensive.

Make sure you clearly define all possibilities in your ideal customer profiles.

"Good quality verified data & fast!"

What do you like best?

Leadspace is very professional and they respond to requests in a timely manner. They are also able to turnaround projects that I need quickly with verified data. Other than having tele vendors call down to manually verify everything (which is timely), leadspace is my best option for good data including email validation as well as physical addresses for ABM projects.

What do you dislike?

No matter what vendor you use, data quality is an issue. Updates are not always made on Linkedin or other social networks when prospects change jobs so there is a level that no vendor can control.

"Leadspace API integration"

What do you like best?

We are using Leadspace to enrich and score our leads in real time using their api. The Leadspace team was professional and very knowledgeable. They were very interested in solving our problem and making the best use of their product.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing with my interaction with leadspace that I disliked.

"Data Enrichment w/ Leadspace"

What do you like best?

Leadspace team is very hands on. Very responsive. We were able to conduct an enrichment on our existing accounts, contacts, and leads, with relative ease. All incoming leads have are also being enriched.

What do you dislike?

Predictive models may not be the best quality. Additional tweaks need to be made to get tem to be more curate.

"Leadspace review"

What do you like best?

Customer support team is awesome! Easy to generate net new names and import to SFDC.

What do you dislike?

We've had some issues with mapping and getting our systems configured. Occasionally a small company will get changed to a large company when it is a near match.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The team is easy to work with and on top of their product. The tool is easy to use, and I like the deduplication function within SFDC for adding new names.

"Great Source of Account and Contact Data for Marketing"

What do you like best?

Contact and Account data is top notch. We compared Leadspace data to other 3rd party providers and there was no comparison. Leadspace data was the most accurate.

What do you dislike?

They still act and feel like a startup. At times, the service levels vary.

"Data management "

What do you like best?

All new contacts coming into our MAP are automatically refreshed to provide us with up to date information the form doesn't give us or junk data the contact inputs

What do you dislike?

We had some issues with certain fields not updating based on our controlled vocabulary.

Updating contact data as well as utilizing for invalid email addresses.

"Great value, fast turnaround, solid data set."

What do you like best?

I love how the data I need is provided to me in a way that I need it. Leadspace and the crew are on the ball, they know what they're doing, they know data and they know how to add value.

What do you dislike?

I would love to see a more robust dataset for the "Outside North America" areas. But that seems to be a common challenge across the board.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a MAP that was not always "maintained". We did a HUGE overhaul of our database, improved EVERYTHING, top to bottom. Now all we needed was some complimentary CLEAN and standardized data to finish it off and bring up our field completeness percent. LeadSpace was the clear choice.

We were looking for a partner that had the best coverage for appending our marketing leads - and Leadspace outshined everyone we evaluated.

Some of their products are still evolving - hence you have to be willing to evolve too - but their team is there to help.

"Life changing for prospecting "

What do you like best?

Leadspace is the best tool for a prospecting rep. Not only do you get the correct information that normally takes a detective to find but you can count on the info that it is correct and that you are not wasting your time.

What do you dislike?

2/10 the info is incorrect BUT it typically will lead you to the right info.

I recommend Business Development and Account Executives to use this type of solution because it will drastically reduce your efforts in finding the right contact.

"Leadspace - great training and followup from team"

What do you like best?

Was very easy to get profiles setup - the Leadspace team was great in trying to understand what we were looking for and once the profiles were setup, they always checked-in to see how the profile builds were working and if any adjustments were needed. Much more proactive than other vendors that I've worked with.

What do you dislike?

Since we target a niche market, some of our fields were not standard and required a bit more manual work.

Trying to fill a gap in contacts at non-client firms; With these lists, we have a better shot at targeting the right contact.

"LeadSpace is easy to work with"

What do you like best?

The commitment and sense of urgency from our Account Manager kept us on track to drive success.

What do you dislike?

During one testing period, there were stability issues with the environment so I was discovering bugs that were unrelated to my integration. But it was addresses and we closed the loops.

LeadSpace seems to be a proven vendor in this space, only recommendation is to explore where their data is sourced from to make sure it works for your target audience.
