"An affordable, yet robust email marketing tool and easy CRM for a small business"

What do you like best?

I like the robust analytics, ease of use, of the email marketing side of this software. Add in the simplicity of Leadsquared as a CRM, and you have a great tool for a small business.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult to get training from the leadsquared people because of the language barrier, their accent was hard to understand. Luckily we hired a marketing consultant that was familiar with the product and this person walked us through it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for something more robust than mailchimp or constant contact, and also something that can double as a very viable CRM tool, this is a great choice.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have conducted email marketing campaigns, used it as a CRM tool for those leads, prospects and ooppotunities generated from the email campaign. We have also used it to create landing pages.

What do you dislike?

Absence of Self Generated(Customized) Reports

More options/content to create landing pages will be appreciated

Lack of logical operations (equal to, greater, less than) to compare value in two lead fields in Automation

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Synchronized Lead Acquisition Data from multiple channels (website, telephonic, offline).

Marketing Automation has been deployed to keep leads engaged and informed.

LeadSquared is now being used for Lead Nurture at other branches as well.

"Comprehensive Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation & reporting; recommended for EduTech companies"

What do you like best?

1) It offers all the features of a good CRM such as contact management, segmentation, 360 contact view, lead nurturing, lead tracking, distribution, lead qualification, source attribution, filters, reporting & more.

2) Important Marketing Automation features include bulk email/SMS campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages, webhooks to push/fetch data & auto responders.

3) Other common Task handling options & third party integrations are provided. It offers Zapier integration too.

4) It's highly recommended CRM for EduTech companies as it has all the required features for such at once place.

What do you dislike?

1) It's slightly pricey per contact handled when compared with other SMB CRMs.

2) It's missing on a drag-drop campaign builder for creating Marketing automation campaign workflows which is found in other SMB CRMs.

3) It's a B2C CRM, may not be well suited for B2B companies.

4) It needs to add more features under Web Engagement & Telephony.

5) Parent/dependent fields get updated with a lag upon updating the Child field & that delay affects Webrule triggered activities eg: it takes up/works on previous field value instead of new updated value.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's very highly recommended for EduTech companies & works well for other B2B companies too. Leads from all the sources can pour into the CRM with direct integrations or Zapier or API integrations. Marketing Automation plan is the most recommended plan. Just care to see/enquire if integrations with your third party apps for payment, accounting etc... are offered.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It enables collection of leads from almost all the sources (mostly directly) incl. Sulekha, Justdial, UrbanPro, Exotel etc... apart from the common lead sources like Facebook, PPC (Adwords), Twitter, Website, landing pages etc... This helped dynamic aggregation of all leads at once place, measure the effective of campaigns from multiple sources across various mediums & in further engagement of these leads.

API integration with UrbanPro & our native app helped collect real-time leads & attend to them asap.

"Leadsquared - Lead Management Tool"

What do you like best?

The best lead management tool we have ever find, the lead scoring, the details about lead, hot or warm separation, engagement with the leads and over the top the marketing and automation part is quite beautiful and lovable to use.

Quite Expensive and the limit in the basic package is very minimal, that you can maintain only 5000 contacts.

And if you want to add more contacts, then the price is quite expensive.

If you want to create a connections with your visitor and never miss a communication with them, do use Leadsquared

"A Hubspot Beater"

What do you like best?

Landing pages, email marketing, drip campaigns. This software is very easy to use. It has all the features you would need for a marketing automation system at a fraction of the cost. The customer service is very helpful and will go out their way to help you. The system comes with landing pages, workflows, and many more features.

Also worth noting is the free CRM system that comes with it. It is very nice and keeps up to date with all my leads. It even integrates with Gmail so all emails are synced into the CRM.

The landing pages come with some really nice templates so you can be up and running in no time. I would have liked it if they had the ability to send rss emails but I hear that feature is in the pipeline.

the system could do with the look being updated and to look more modern. some usability issues make the system less easy to use than it could

try it, you will find it has most of what you need. If you are coming from Hubspot you won't find a system that as closely matches it. Great value for money.

"Best CRM with an amazing Customer Success Team"

What do you like best?

The best part of Leadsquared as a CRM is the kind of support we get from the customer success team, help us create the customized dashboard, reports etc.

The integration with other services is also pretty smooth and fast.

Almost zero downtime on the service, really helps keep the efficiency.

What do you dislike?

I think currently there is nothing we dislike in leadsquared. We constantly have review meetings which help us improving.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lead distribution, Task management, Automated dialing for agents, one place all history of user are some of the benefits we are using.

The best part is reports as its totally customizable from all ends.
