What do you like best?
Once you figured out how, your interface was customizable with font size, what to show on the screen and where. I liked that I could send an e-mail to the case file and it would copy that e-mail to the case file rather than me having to copy and paste it in.
What do you dislike?
This application is not user friendly. The search system required exact spelling of clients name to have it appear. Layout was not always apparent and provided some problems. The application would go down pretty often and would cause a delay in work. Documents could only be uploaded one at a time and would cause the site to crash or freeze a lot.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's free, so it provided us, a non-profit, a secure platform to manage our cases in. We were able to log our time spent on the case and upload documents or notes related to the case. Helped the agency go paperless.
