If you are looking for a CRM that specializes in client contact info, can create notes for follow up communication & client updating and a calendar function that reminds you what your next actionable steps are, then I would highly recommend Less Annoying CRM.
I don't need all the extra bells and whistles that other programs offer and the cost that goes with those options.
One important consideration for me was that their very reasonable pricing (cheap for what you get) allowed me to have several users under the same account for the same one low cost, no extra charges for extra users (how I have set it up in our company).
It doesn't have it's own email service provider built in. You have to use something else like Mail Chimp to send out newsletters or promotional emails.
Would like to see more report functionality so I could fine tune how my reports are created & produced.
Would like a better way to attach files and drawings to the appropriate clients because attachments will not carry forward when a email is tagged to a client.
Better access and control over our growing client list.
Better knowledge, because of the notes functionality, for follow ups.
