What do you like best?
Combination of built in functionality, frameworks, and accelerators coupled with the implementation team that is able to quickly customize the product to provide targeted business value. Their integration product has adapters for all the sources in our ecosystem.
What do you dislike?
The UI tools are great for the Liaison managed service team. They are not as powerful as some of the competitor UI tools. We leverage primarily managed services to handle the setup and support, so the impact of this on our day to day activities is minimal. The underlying API's and Edge technology are very powerful and this was the most important factor for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure to understand the full lifecycle of the data integration process, specifically the effort and staffing around post go-live support. Liaison does a great job making this simple.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The focus is on commercial revenue growth in our Sales and Marketing areas. The consolidated customer journey data is driving more personalized customer interactions as well as better targeting, segmentation and messaging.
