"Incredibilmente buono"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"A simple, multiplatform office suite that is positioned in the market for its powerful tools"

What do you like best?

LibreOffice is a simple, lightweight, cross-platform and open source office suite with an intuitive interface and powerful tools that improve productivity. It is available for different operating systems and architectures.

LibreOffice incorporates several applications, Writer, the word processor, Calc the spreadsheet, Impress presentation editor, Math for mathematical formula editing, Draw which is a drawing application and flow diagrams and Base, the database e interface with other databases. In addition, Writer also works as a design program: it allows you to make texts, create interiors of books and magazines. It also greatly improved the compatibility with the Microsoft Office suite.

LibreOffice is customizable, for example, The interface of the context menu for dynamic tables is very simple, then from Tools> Customize, you can add the options of Data: Show details, Hide details, Group and Ungroup and already have a more manageable dynamic table, almost as much as in Excel. libreOffice exports in ePub, XHTML, MediaWiki and in image format. In my opinion, one of the most important features LibreOffice is the number of extensions it has, which adds more specific features, templates, and powerful mechanisms according to the needs of users. As for OpenPGP keys, they can be used to sign documents on all desktop platforms (with experimental encryption support), it is noteworthy that it has a large community that supports it and an improved documentation

What do you dislike?

LibreOffice 6 base has presented some errors with the conversion from hsqldb to firebird, if there is a table view with a calculated field gives an error. There is no editing mode as queries nor editing in sql mode. Although LibreOffice is heading to be one of the best suites for its versatility, it can not be ignored that the Microsoft Office suite has a large part of the market and functions that are not yet supported by this application

Recommendations to others considering the product

Save costs since you do not need to buy a license, and has improved its interface and tools, besides that now you can export your documents to epub

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Export to ePub, XHTML, MediaWiki.

- It also greatly improved the compatibility with the Microsoft Office suite.

- expands the extensions that improve the usability of the app

What Office Suites solution do you use?

"Very capable & stable"

What do you like best?

LibreOffice is able to open all kinds of documents, even of versions of competitors’ suites no longer supported by vendors, as well as corrupted documents the original suites will not touch.

It also emphasizes document organization far more than the competition, facilitating well-formed, predictable document development, even for very extensive & complex files.

Installation is much better contained, minimising the risk of ‘DLL hell’. In free operating systems, it is usually integrated into the operating system installation, activated by a a simple checkbox or command.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike in LibreOffice itself, but the fact that many documents are kept in proprietary formats and were created by office suites that do not emphasize proper usage of formatting styles & templates makes it difficult to precisely replicate the original appearance and behaviour of imported files. Usually cleaning the document (for example, getting rid of Active X controls and converting direct formatting to styles) solves the problem nicely.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do not switch overnight, but first convert all your old documents, and keed a few licenses of your old office suite for odd cases where LibreOffice may not read correctly ill-behaved files.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

LibreOffice enables interoperability with proprietary, expensive office suites from alternative operating systems and without worrying about licensing.

"Poor Man's Microsoft. That's a Good Thing"

What do you like best?

Affordability, first and foremost. Additionally, much like Google Docs, you retain MS Office-like integrity, and you have a file at the end of the day that can be saved into a Windows Explorer folder without any comparative fuss or muss.

What do you dislike?

The LibreOffice version of PowerPoint is a bit less unwieldy. You feel like you're jumping through a few loopholes to do comparatively basic things. Moreover, your fonts and formats are going to get royally screwed up if you do open a document in Microsoft, or vice versa.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you like saving things in traditional Windows folders but aren't wanting to shell out for MS Office, this is the best alternative in the market. Google's document options are an equally sound, useful set of tools in comparison, but the requirement that you switch your document saving infrastructure completely to Google Drive in order to maximise the effectiveness and preservation of the integrity of those documents will require an internal sea change. It may be worth it for the more agile organisations looking to collaborate with clients in an effective manner; it may alienate them as well. To avoid that, LibreOffice is the undoubtedly the best way for businesses on the go to go forward. Best of all: free download. You read that right - free.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Work with opensource clients in an opensource manner. We've managed to meet client expectations without compromising on our expectations or work quality.

"a good open source MS office alternative"

What do you like best?

A very good alternative to expensive Microsoft office packages. Shares most of the good points to the parent software "open office" that is more familiar. Runs very well on older machines compared to new MS office - which can be a boon to non-profits / small-business that often run older machines.

There is now a Impress (powerpoint) remote for phone app available - which is nice. However it only runs well if your wifi is good.

I like that it has both a x32 & x64 bit versions available. This allows it to run the best with which hardware it is implemented on.

What do you dislike?

Like many open source alternatives, web searching will be your technical support (if needed). Now, to be fair, very rarely is there a need for technical support - it's word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

It might sound a little silly, but it's a large file for installation - (smaller than MS office though) so be aware if you're over a slow connection.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be ready to spend a bit more time researching problems (if you have any). The only thing I ever had to look up was macros in the spreadsheets. So if you're just looking for word processing you will likely be golden.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a solution to update 20 computers at a non-profit running Microsoft office '97. Individual licences would have been very expensive. Group license was also very high (for a non-profit). This fit the bill wonderfully for the use we needed it for.

"Gets the job done"

What do you like best?

I like the price, I like the full package and that it opens multiple file types. I haven't had any problem with bugs either, which I would expect from a free software package. The document editor is particularly good. It is very nice to be able to access my old files from when I had Microsoft products.

What do you dislike?

When I try to do things that are a little fancier I run into trouble -- formatting tables (which I'm very particular about), formatting presentations -- the presentation mode is probably my least favorite, I'm considering going back to google for that now. It is not very intuitive.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Takes a little getting used to, but is an excellent product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it mostly in a classroom setting -- creating presentations and assignments. I do not have access to MIcrosoft Office and wasn't willing to pay for it, and it is very nice when people send me files to be able to open and edit with no problems.

"Free alternative office package with great power "

What do you like best?

The fact that Librecalc can handle data files with literally millions of datasets very good. It stays stable and runs smoothly even with many operations with the data. Other programs like this are using way more CPU power and are often crashing when working with such huge databases.

What do you dislike?

As we all know, there are other office packages that do nearly the same. The compatibility when switching the file format could there for a little bit better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

A good alternative for all people who are looking for a solid office package with multiple programs for the daily office work. The whole package is freeware, you can’t do anything wrong if you make a test run with it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like slightly mentioned above I use the program to work with our statistics and company data. This is extraordinarily working well. The benefits clearly are the quickness when calculating formulas and that I experienced not a single crash. And of course, that the whole software package is completely free forever.

"Un paquete de oficina gratuito y eficaz"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Next to perfect office suit"

What do you like best?

Well, the most attractive aspect I found is that it is free! It is open source and is available on all the platforms be it Linux, Mac, or windows. Also the quality of software is excellent. The compatibility of MS office created files can be a bit clumsy, but most of the time it does its work nicely. Also it is a complete suit, so you can get all the office softwares easily. It has almost anything an office software should have.

What do you dislike?

Its Interface. The UI isn't bad, but it is still classic. Now when the MS softwares has chosen to go for such attractive interfaces, LibreOffice should also try to do so. Also there are many other free office softwares like WPS Office, which have better compatibility with MS Office file, and also has better looking interface.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I highly recommend this software, or if not anything, just give a try. You may end up saving a significant amount of money using this software

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am having free software and with no copyrights, like I can share the software among my colleagues without worrying about license issues, hence saving a lot of money, as I am not buying the MS Office suit, which is a bit expensive, if large no. of Siuts is to be bought.

"Excellent tool for your office work"

What do you like best?

The fact that LibreCalc can handle literally a million datasets and is needing no extraordinary hardware to do that. With other office tools I had serious problems like crashes or an extraordinary long waiting time when working with such a big database. And of course it is free forever. And although its free the support is very good especially the healthy community around the tools.

What do you dislike?

Working with this program is very fast but starting several files sometimes needs a lot of time. The other point is my subjective opinion. It costed me a lot of time to learn all the features that are different from other office tools, but the classes offered by Libre helped a lot.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking for a free alternative tool for your iffice work than download the Libre package.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simply all office work that you can imagine. From cost calculations to working with customer data with Libre to writing invitations to people.

"It's ok and it's free!"

What do you like best?

LibreOffice its an office suit that offers all the necessary tools for any administrative work. It's similar to microsoft office it has all the applications like word, acces, and so on. Easy to use. Every application works correctly plus its completly free so you can't complain much about it.

What do you dislike?

There are other sofwares (not free) with more content, visually prettier and more updated. Sometimes LibreOffice has some compatibility problems when working with documents made with other more popular softwares and vice versa when openning documents made with LibreOffice and openning with other programs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want just the things done without spending money.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it offers a wide range of possibilities to work with different types documents. It's free and easy to use.

"Proprio quello di cui ho bisogno"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Easy and loaded with features"

What do you like best?

I like this office because firstly it is open source and secondly it is very easy to use, all the functions are very easy to use. and best thing we don't have to pay a huge amount for this software since it is open source.

Best office for Ubuntu operating system.

It has the lite theme which makes the processing of the operating system faster and easy for user to understand which icon is of what use.

which can open document of any format in this office.

What do you dislike?

It has some issues in power point as it lacks some features which are available on MS office power point , else writer and spreadsheet are very good.

It has a large no of formats in which we can save the document which makes me sometime confusing.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is the best office to those who don't want to pay any amount for their office. Lots of features makes it more useful .

But if you are searching for a software for making powerpoint presentation ,then this software is not fulfilling all the needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's spreadsheet is very useful for business uses , it can be used as MS excel because it has same features as excel and also it if free of cost .spreadsheet are very common in any business because no matter how small or big the business is Ledger of that business is has to be made which is made in spreadsheet only as we can use formulas in this.

Writer is also very useful as making a document is very easy in this open source writer.

"The complete open source office suite."

What do you like best?

It has all the features you'll need from an Office Suite, and the fact that it is open source makes it available to all. It is robust and has an active community of coders developing it. It's compatible with Microsoft Office file formats which is useful if you have to exchange files with its users.

What do you dislike?

Maybe the fact its interface doesn't look as modern as some of the competition, but this has no major importance.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try it, you have nothing to lose, and an Office Suite to win.

"Free and practical software for your office and other tasks"

What do you like best?

Firts of all it is free, that means that you don't have to pay for use it, and also, this software cointains a complete suite to help you with your office and other tasks like writting a text document, power point presentation, spreadsheets and others, specifically speaking of libreoffice calc, when you have a lot of data Libreoffice calc opens faster using ods extension than xls one and it allows you to safe more quantity of data too than xls. In general terms LibreOffice does many of the things that an office suite should do and you don't have to pay for that.

What do you dislike?

some of the functionalities compared with other office suit, for example page numbering is a a little more complex to set in Libreoffice writer than others office suit, and also the generation of graphics on Libreoffice calc. Other thing that I dislike is that Libreoffice does not support all types of font formats than other office suit does.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Libreoffice allows safe money to the company implementing all the funtionalities and establish many administrative formats and minutes that can easily be exported in PDF, and also handle a lot of data when you work this ods extension on Libreoffice calc, and also it can have compatibility with others office suit.

What do you like best?

The interactive coding system is one of the nicest feature that the LibreOffice package offers. I use it nearly everyday. Also they have courses for new users wchich are really nice and offer the basic knowledge you need.

What do you dislike?

Calc and most of the programs are very stable but when using the Math-tool I experienced several crashes and unstable situations.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I can recommend it for everybody who doesnt want to pay for a nice office package with all features that you need.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In daily work I use it mainly for calculations, reportings and stuff. I think it is more stable than alternative tools and is more faster and needs less cpu power even for large operations with much data.

What do you like best?

The menus say on screen at the top and it is easy to find the functions I need. Primarily I use Writer and Calc. Both respond well and don't seem to comsume that much memory.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally, some docx documents from the latest version of Word do not format correctly. But the data is there and it is not too difficult to reformat it properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

"Decent free alternative to the Microsoft Office Suite"

What do you like best?

It's free and does a decent job replacing MS Office. Above this, It also manages other open document formats.

What do you dislike?

It can be slow, especially with PowerPoint files. Also, formatting might not be mirrored exactly when re-opening files in Word, for example.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you use it exclusively (without editing Microsoft Office documents), it's OK. When you try to edit the same documents in MS Word, for example, it can be tricky as formatting is not 100% similar. Also, PowerPoint documents are slow to view fullscreen.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can open and edit Microsoft Office documents without paying Microsoft. It's especially useful for opening and viewing documents, as editing can be tricky.

"High functionality low support"

What do you like best?

The software literally has every functionality that i need. Almost replicates microsoft office, minus the licensing. Extremely helpful to save down coats. For a fresher, using and learning libre office is easier than Microsoft word, as word had loads of features that are unnecessary for a newbie .

Its a great way to save costs on licensing when basic features are required such as viewing and sending .XLS/.DOC files which do not use highly specialized or complex functionalities.

Even otherwise, this application allows you to do more than what your role might require. Early in my career, i used to use the drag functionality to create SQL queries for thousands of records on LibreOffice. Since the project was on a budget, LibreOffice was a great cost saver, and easy to license .

What do you dislike?

support for less types of files is a major challenge that i face. Also, it is not used at a lot of places and conversion between word and libre office does affect how it shows on screen.

Also, LibreOffice can promote its free product, its definitely an amazing product which is highly underrated.

The UI can be improved to make the product look more enterprise, which currently looks more scientific and packed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

free and powerful. You can use it to your advantage if you plan the users accordingly.

What do you like best?

Libre Ofice is a quick & easy I loved it for this, with some particula idea that mak it very good.

What do you dislike?

it'is difficult use it within a MS addicted community. This is the only problem. The saveto format is near perfect but people don't rely on it.

"Not an alternative, simply essential"

What do you like best?

LibreOffice provides everything I need in an office suite - Plus, its native format converts directly to GoogleDocs format when I upload to my Google Drive.

What do you dislike?

LibreOffice doesn't do email or calendar... but I'm not sure it really needs to. Being open-source, the more responsible thing is to sidle up to other FOSS respectables who are already doing a good job.

Recommendations to others considering the product

No need to chain yourself to expensive proprietary licenses. I've been using LibreOffice exclusively for more than ten years (including the previous OpenOffice), and it's more than sufficient for any business task you might otherwise have to pay hundreds of dollars for.

"The Awesome Open-Source MS Office Alternative"

What do you like best?

This office suite is powerful despite being available for free. The developers really know their stuff.

What do you dislike?

The interface does look rather dated compared to the modern Microsoft Office.

Recommendations to others considering the product

"Much more than a worthy alternative to MS Office"

What do you like best?

Powerful office suite with MS Office compatibility. Ability to export files in MS Office format (e.g., .docx, .pptx and so on). LibreOffice Draw is especially good. It takes some getting used to after working with PowerPoint and Visio, but once you learn its commands it really is very powerful. One advantage that Draw has over PowerPoint and Visio is that it can import a line drawing in .pdf format and render the drawing in terms of its basic components (e.g., lines, blocks, etc.). In contrast, PowerPoint and Visio paste a .pdf page as a screenshot/image file. In other words, you can edit .pdf line drawings in Draw; you can't using MS Office applications.

Calc is essentially an analog of MS Excel. It has all the functions I need. Writer has, for the most part, given me no problems reading or writing MS Word files. The occasional MS word file that has complex formatting might give some issues every now and then. I much prefer the equation editor rendering in Writer over that in MS Word. Even better, the equations rendered in Writer translate seamlessly into the corresponding equation format in MS Word.

Love the document recover feature in LibreOffice as well. If the program crashes, it recovers pretty much all the files you had open. I think it is implemented much better than in MS Office.

The biggest advantage of LibreOffice over MS Office is that it is.... FREE! Since I have moved from Windows to Linux, LibreOffice is a natural choice for me as an office suite. Overall, very happy with the software package. Let us all take a moment to applaud all those folks who work so hard to give us such amazing software packages at zero cost.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, I've had more frustrating moments with MS Office than I have had with LibreOffice. In fact, I can't think of any issue I have with LibreOffice. Okay, for patent documents it has some issues with automatic numbering of paragraphs, and the occasional MS Word document gets rendered badly. Despite that, the compatibility with MS Office is commendable.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Writing technical reports, white papers, patent applications, and more.

"Much more than a worthy alternative to MS Office"

What do you like best?

A free productivity suite that is able to read and write MS Office files - what's there not to like? Did I mention free? In terms on returns on investment, this software provides a figure of infinity. I remember the day I overwrote Windows 10 on my system with Linux. And I haven't looked back. I am very happy (liberated) after having ditched Windows. Hopefully for good.

Launches quick on Linux, love the document recovery feature. Way less annoying its MS counterpart. This software can read from and write to MS files (e.g., docx and pptx). What impresses me a lot is that Draw can read in a pdf line drawing and break it down into its individual components. Very impressive!

In general, this just works without any fuss. It has a very rich feature set, including an ability to track changes in Writer. I routinely send files to folks who use MS Word and have not yet received a single complaint from anyone regarding formatting issues. Another amazing feature is that Writer includes the ability to put in mathematical equations into a document. Personally, I prefer this much more to the MS Equation editor. Even better, equations created in Writer open up flawlessly for most part in MS Word.

The Draw component of LibreOffice is separate from Impress. The former is a Visio replacement, while Impress is a PowerPoint replacement. After working with MS products for drawing, Draw takes a bit of an adjustment to become familiar with. Features like the way objects snap into connection in MS Visio and PowerPoint work differently with Draw. However once you adjust to the differences, very little comes in the way of workflow.

Let us all give a standing ovation to all the folks who work tirelessly to make this software suite and provide us with ongoing updates to this great product.

What do you dislike?

Can run slow on a Mac. If you are preparing patents, you may need to put in some work to make sure paragraph numbering is in an appropriate format.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Just do it, you won't regret it. Certain aspects of MS Office are very kludgy; LibreOffice implements features in a very slick way.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use LibreOffice for pretty much all applications that require MS Office.

"One of the best alternatives to Microsoft Office"

What do you like best?

You cannot beat the cost and LibreOffice can easily work with Microsoft Office files. It is easy to deploy on Windows and Linux.

What do you dislike?

The layout and themes are very dated, but usable. The newest version looks better, but still has a long way to go.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You cannot beat the price as it is free. It also handles all Microsoft Office files.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to handle spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing without breaking the bank.

"Excellent free alternative to windows"

What do you like best?

The package offers everything you need in an office package and is compatible with most forms of document, including Microsoft Office documents which makes editing a breeze and it's extremely simple and intuitive to use.

What do you dislike?

I use my word processor primarily for writing fiction and editing books, particularly for novel writing for ebook publishing and manuscript formatting. Unfortunately the native formatting does not easily strip and can cause errors when trying to upload to KDP.

Recommendations to others considering the product

When looking for free alternatives to Microsoft Office, LibreOffice does pretty much everything you could possibly require. The only downside I've had is the formatting issue for KDP.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used LibreOffice primarily for word processing and keeping track of budgeting and finances.

What do you like best?

The price and the knowledge that in using LibreOffice I'm actually supporting the open source movement!

"La mejor alternativa para Office disponible"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product

"Easy to Work With Libre Office"

What do you like best?

One can open Excel, Word, Presentation files from one place, which can't be done while working with Microsoft Office. The application can be easily used even by a novice user. It is used in many multinational firms also.

What do you dislike?

Something stucks on working with more than 20 files. Nothing else from my side. It is a perfect application to work with. If this can be solved, then no application can beat this.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Must use this application as it is easy to use and even a new or non-technical user can also work with it in a hassle-free manner.

Easy to work with different applications and can easily save in different formats also.

"All the power of MS Office with a price tag of free"

What do you like best?

Comprehensive Office suite for free with constant updates from the open source community. Easily opens all the Office files I need to work on. The constant updates are important as the the original OpenOffice project appears to be dead in the water.

What do you dislike?

Once in awhile there may be some compatibility issues but they often get fixed in updates. Some of the commands and such aren't quite the same as MS Office so you may have to hunt around a bit if you're used to MS Office or if you're learning it via a class. Doesn't come with One Note which is part of the Office 365 suite. Sometimes formatting is off with complex Word documents and trading documents with Office 365 users.

Recommendations to others considering the product

An excellent open source alternative to Microsoft Office.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easily opens and saves Office documents and because it's free I'm free to deploy it with everyone.

"Great functionality, but poor formatting from other file types"

What do you like best?

LibreOffice is completely free, runs on Linux easily and provides almost the full functionality of office standards such as Microsoft Office. It has, as far as I can tell, full functionality for Writer, Draw and Calc, and only a formatting issue with Impress. So for freeware, this is as good as you will find!

It is also great that you can save with many file extensions. So if you need for example .csv, .xls. or similar for spreadsheets, those are all available.

What do you dislike?

My biggest pet peeve is that LO-Impress does not sync well at all with formats from Keynote, Powerpoint, etc. The formatting gets completely screwed up. But I've not yet had this issue arise with any of the other sub-programs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want to do a presentation and are doing so with a group, you may want to use Powerpoint, or whatever software your teammates will use. Other wise, this is fantastic freeware, and I highly recommend using it!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used this for memos, spreadsheets full of data, the occasional presentation, lots and lots of typed up notes and letters. It makes it very easy to keep up with work on a budget, because who doesn't love saving money?!

"Simple, free office tools with MS Office similiarity"

What do you like best?

Opens a variety of different "office" docs and is easy to deploy and install. User friendly. Can export to the more common office tools and utilities.

What do you dislike?

Bulky installer. Difficult to upgrade/update. No simple method to get latest versions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There are other "Open Office" software out there but this was easier to get, install and use than many others.

"Great Open-Source Equivalent For Basic Office Needs"

What do you like best?

Besides being free and open source, the software can be used on multiple systems - I use it on Ubuntu and Windows. It's a great low-cost option for offices seeking some basic functions, and quite frankly, it's much less confusing than some of Microsoft Office's options. There's also a "portable" version that you can install and run on a Flash Drive.

What do you dislike?

I'm not a big fan of Base (the equivalent of Access) or Impress (its PowerPoint version) - both have slightly more of a learning curve, but in all honesty - most open source software has *some* learning curve.

"As a free Office alternative, it is surprisingly solid and complete"

What do you like best?

Imagine Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003 Professional, and take away the price. That is approximately equal to LibreOffice. It has a lot of different applications in the LibreOffice suite. It saves out to Microsoft formats to keep compatible with Microsoft Office. It also is offline, unlike Google Docs, which means you can edit your document anywhere you wish. If you wish to keep your documents out of the cloud and your cost low, this would be a great tool to do that.
