"The backbone to my ecommerce enterprise"

What do you like best?

I like the speed of and reliability of the system. Online retail is a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year business. You can never afford for your shopping cart to go down. LimeLight was architected on AWS and stands on the most reliable servers in the world. I also like that the system is the "system of record" for everything that flows through my online store. I can use any front end, website or custom funnel I want (most of which are way faster and optimized in a way that even the best funnel makers can't match). They have some of the best in class reporting / ecommerce analytics and also have very very smart staff members and data scientists that understand performance marketing, direct response marketing and online retail.

What do you dislike?

The only criticism I might have is that it is difficult to view some of the features within the application on mobile devices. However, they did just release a new mobile-optimized reporting platform which is really slick.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you have an online retail store and sell anything in a subscription or recurring, I would highly recommend you look at the LimeLight system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a single, central shopping cart / subscription billing engine that outpaces the big shopping carts and systems by light years. It also solves the typical online retailer's nightmare of integrating multiple shipping centers, outsourced customer service companies and billing gateways all in one platform.

"Limelight rules!"

What do you like best?

I've been using Limelight CRM for 4 years now. I like that it is a comprehensive solution. Like as a CRM it does EVERYTHING. It has intergrations to anything that you could want, the customer service team helps you with any questions that you have, and if you feel like something is missing their product team will help you to get it up there. Really they are a great company with a great product.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the new reports that limelight put out because the font is a very light color which is hard to read and it takes more steps to pull the same report from the legacy reports.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Limelight makes it easy to sell products, track sales, test campaigns, and stay ahead of the curve.

"A high performance subscription engine"

What do you like best?

I like the value added services and features built into Limelight that allow you to maximize the revenue from your subscription offer. Limelight provides necessary functionality to help people new to business, compete against much larger established companies, by maximizing profitability.

What do you dislike?

The data between old and new reports contains discrepancies that need to be fixed. Sometimes they are off significantly and you have to work with their team to find the error. They are helpful and usually address the issue. More eCommerce features could be included, but they are gradually being implemented, but it's not as robust as it could be.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking for a CRM that will get the job done when it comes to not only managing, but maximizing revenue of a subscription offer, then I would give Limelight a shot. There are several CRM's whose features may be more user friendly or whose UI may have a better design, but Limelight is built for scaling a business from $0 to significant revenues. They seem to be moving in the right direction and are looking to support as many eCommerce features as possible.

It helps with maximizing revenue on a subscription business model that typically has a lot of front loaded cost.

"A Pioneer when it comes to Ecommerce"

Back end tools and integrations integrations to other tools that are super useful as your business needs increase

Hard to say, they stay ahead and now their team is super savvy and are constantly developing new solutions

It has a lot of tools that can be used to maximize revenue and build a solid company. You will need their tools as you grow.

They give you access to cutting edge data that will allow you to maximize the profits for any Ecommerce company. In addition to that, Lime Light's team is great, staying ahead and always implementing new tools that allow you to stay relevant

"Powerful & Robust eCommerce Platform - Highly Recommend"

What do you like best?

Consistency. I've worked with 3 other platforms before making the transition to LimeLight. LL goes above and beyond in their offerings and I'm constantly surprised by the level of support they provide and the professionalism of their staff. New releases, features, and updates are handled seamlessly. No downtimes and great reporting analytics.

What do you dislike?

I had experienced issues with the new update regarding mobile compatibility that has since been patched. In the past, for some of my straight sale endeavors I may need to use a workaround for more complex reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I've worked with multiple eCommerce platforms and understand the difficulty and time it takes to move from one platform to the other. I think it highly worth the time invested.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This platform has solved a lot of pain points for me including clear and accurate reporting of my most important metrics. Constant releases of new and improved features are almost always applicable to my business and help drive the bottom line.

"Best subscriptions management & analytics CRM"

What do you like best?

The Subscription management and flexibility of customizing campaigns & third party vendors is superior to other platforms I tested. The management team seems committed to building features needed and integrating providers I use. The design is intuitive and is pleasant for team members.

What do you dislike?

Analytics speed was a historical issue but the speed has signficantly improved in 2017 and has been a non issue for about a year.

"Best platform ever "

What do you like best?

Most advanced e commerce platform with a multitude of API partners for every possible need.

What do you dislike?

Its not fully connected with Shopify payments, but i hear they are working on that.
