The new self-serve option for InMail campaign is a great tool. It is well targeted and has good conversion. Also audience creation for campaigns is unique. After getting used to the process it's easy to use. Saved audiences helps save time.
What do you dislike?
It could be easier to add other senders / users , currently they need guidance to figure out where they approve themselves. Pricing is high versus other advertising options.You need a minimal 1,000 potential audience to start a campaign.
As agency managing multiple accounts and billing isn't friendly. Also no option do delete accounts.

The self-serve is very useful for targeted campaigns. might take a bit to get used to the process, first campaigns take time, but overall its a great target marketing tool, especially for B2B.
