"An useful communication tool"

What do you like best?

It's a very simple tool. User-friendly and easy to operate. Love the live support.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. I wish it was available on Mac.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It monitors site visitors as they browse the website. It also asks visitors to chat while they are browsing.

What do you like best?

Allows you to get help without using the phone or having to wait

What do you dislike?

May not be available if different time zone - therefore, at the whim of synched zones

Recommendations to others considering the product

More "dragging" options to allow to minimize and hear noise when there is an answer waiting

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Answering questions with live help with ability to use keyboard and keep working at the same time
