"Localytics-An Excellent Mobile Platform"

What do you like best?

What I like about this tool is that it offers with user insight as it helps track retention trends by cohort, uninstalling apps by users, discovers conversion drop off points in addition to identification of valuable users and also hold sessions and events for better understanding of app usage by users.

Furthermore, it helps prompt conversions, nurture new users, and offers real time engagement. Also, with push notifications which bring users back, and personalized messages, ads and campaigns, it ensures targeted results with old as well as new users, maximizing their input data to verify, modify, and understand the logistics better.

What do you dislike?

However, a small issue arises when you consider the frequency of push notifications user has to face. It might lead him to use blocking sites and firewalls which can hamper the data acquisition. This is the only drawback I can see this tool.

This is highly recommended for new app developers with zeal to expand their business with proper planning and market research. The support team is very helpful as well,

"Localytics Review "

What do you like best?

Localytics is a fantastic tool for everything ranging from acquisition tracking to engagement cohorts to retention and reactivation. Not only does it function as a great dashboard for all cross-platform user data but also allows for actions on the outcome of this data in the form of campaigns of different kinds (App Push, Email, etc.)

What do you dislike?

The pricing structure is in skilled right for both small and large enterprise customers. The tagging system could be a little bit better. Most importantly their reporting can be a little bit more robust because when you’re pulling data on the backend you really need this type of information to do you dated day executions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As the day continues to be the forefront in any industry, this product allows you to self, in to help predict future patterns of your business. No matter if you’re a small business or large enterprise customer, you would be able to benefit from this product. Their customer service is also very good, which makes for Rullan great partnership.

Do you thing is being able to pull the deed it and see behavioral patterns on the back end. This helps with setting up the strategy for our goals leading to the new fiscal year.

"Localytics, Reviewed"

What do you like best?

It has a very simple interface it is easy to use and easy to teach non-technical members of the team. It’s fairly easy to take in the information and to be able to access the information. The visualization capabilities were very good as well.

What do you dislike?

The thing I would like to see with the product is the capabilities for more correlations. The amount available does restrict the type of analytics that could be done with the data. Also if you were able to easily export it to an Excel document, Rather than manually doing everything.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you’re looking to scale your business, and properly plan for the future of your business and market research being imperative, then this is the right solution for you. Also having a very hopeful customer success team helps you understand the tool and the results that you’re getting within the software. At the end of the day did an analytics are becoming imperative for marketing teams, and if you’re trying to move in that direction with data driven results I do recommend this product.

It is a great job with measuring content consumption and engagement. This is very imperative because you’re able to scale across both small and large enterprise companies. It is also great for publisher applications.

"Good analytics platform "

What do you like best?

I like that you can incorporate your funnel process into the platform with your analytics. You don't need a separate platform to integrate with because it's all in one place! I also love the attribution function. I feel sometimes it's hard to find out where a lead/visitor comes from but with Localytics it's easy to figure out.

What do you dislike?

I think it's a bit pricey. If you're a big company I think it's a great solution. But if you're a smaller company trying to grow by increasing your sales and streamlining the process, this may not be the best solution.

We wanted to get a better view of where our traffic was coming from and start a sales cycle and funnel process to make sure we were going after the best, ready to buy people.

"Mobile Messaging and App Analytics"

What do you like best?

I have been using Localytics for several years and we really like it. The interface is simple and built for marketers. Implementing it on a mobile app is pretty straightforward. I also feel that Localytics has a lot of room for potential, as they do a good job listening to their customers and are continually adding new features.

What do you dislike?

I wish the product had more integrations with other tools we are using, like our tag manager for our websites. Also, the reporting tool is not as robust as Adobe analytics other industry tool you might be used to.

"Analytics tracking targeted for mobile platform"

What do you like best?

- Localytics makes few network calls. This is because localytics piles up all the data and makes calls based on the life cycle of the app.

- We can send push notifications and in-app messages to users and can limit this to certain percentage of the users.

- Provides powerful metrics to understand and analyze the user behavior which helps us predict the impact of any future features we would like to introduce.

- Affordable price.

- Immediate technical assistance in-case we need help.

What do you dislike?

- It takes some effort to integrate this into the app and to make it work

- Unpredictable time taken to make some calls making it harder to test.

- Used to take lot of time to see network calls, but this got better in recent updates.

Recommendations to others considering the product

- Integration is a little pain

- Be ready to spend some time as this may take some getting used to.

- Data not organized properly in the network call makes it hard to test.

- Tracking user metrics to analyze user behavior. This helps us to predict the impact of new features in-case we decide to introduce.

- Price issues with previous analytics platform.

- Too many network calls which causes the app to consume more data.
