What do you like best?
Very little. It's convenient to have the time and length suggestions for each social media site, I suppose, but you can just make a note of those during the free trial and schedule your posts accordingly without the service.
What do you dislike?
For what it does, it's way overpriced. Since you can now schedule posts directly on most social media platforms, and you have to tailor the blurbs to each site anyway to achieve the most impact, you might as well just take the extra five minutes to schedule your posts on the individual sites. The interface is confusing and unattractive, creating posts takes just as long as it would to create and schedule them from the real sites, and it doesn't do anything that I can't already do without the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't do it. It really is much easier to just create the posts on the actual sites and schedule them yourself. I mean, you could try the free trial, I guess, just to get the scheduling and length data, but don't bother paying the $15 a month. I can accomplish the same thing for free using google sheets and the scheduling software already built into the sites.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I tried it out for social media management, but it's easier to just use the systems I already have in place.
