"Useful But Fancy"

What do you like best?

I like that Lucid puts a lot of thought into making meetings more organized with a number of features that promote meeting preparedness and post-meeting action

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I think it has a little too much going on and it can become a distraction. I know this will likely depend on how many features you use during a meeting but we spent a lot of time prepping and setting up things like in meeting action reviews that we'd been fine without before

Recommendations to others considering the product

Probably not worth the money if you don't constantly need to conduct conference call-type meetings

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great for integrating offices spread out over the US! Has been good for virtual meetings with clients in remote locations.

"Flawless experience"

What do you like best?

The software was easy and intuitive to use. Usage was seamless and it was easy to take notes while conferencing. The audio and visual for video conferencing also worked very well. The meeting history feature is great!

What do you dislike?

We've used it a few times, and so far have not seen anything that I actively dislike. The program does its job well.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our business consists of many people spread throughout other cities, so to be able to speak with them via video and audio helps prevent miscommunications that can happen via email. It was extremely helpful, but we have since switched to a different service provided by the firm.
