"Get the most from MO.S.T."

What do you like best?

We had the MOst team work directly with our IT guy, they installed the software to our server and told him have it needed to be configured to work properly, after months and months of trying to make this work for us....we ended up getting our server hacked do to the set up process and them insisting that our ports had to be left open. Everyone that we spoke to in support (all 5 of them) usually had a different answer to the same question. Very confusing, and frustrating, did I mention that we have now had our brand new server rebuilt 3 times, between the training, setup, and trying to use the software it cost us thousands of dollars for a product that didn't even do what it promised to do.

What do you dislike?

huge learning curve so ask for demos on your needs

M.O.S.T. Contractor is very user-friendly, which eliminates lots of duplicate entries, reduces mistakes, provides accurate reports. So for my company it is a huge time saver

"It is very fast and provides all necessary information."

What do you like best?

I like how it has great memory of information, and how sufficient it is. I've never seen any other software like it. It is a great source provided with this company. For not only me but our dispatchers and technicians.

What do you dislike?

I like everything about it. Sometime my server does not respond as fast but the software itself is great.

It's great use for necessary information, if you are looking for faster service to your customer MO.S.T is the way to go.

once a customer's information is placed into most, it doesn't delete any data. With only a couple words typed into the search bar.. it'll bring the customer full contact information up and more.

"I like MOST and find that it fulfills our needs as a service company."

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use with MOST. I train new CSRs on the software and find that they new employees pick this up quickly..

What do you dislike?

nothing -- everything that we utilize in this software seems to meet our needs well.

The software is easy to use and easy to teach to new employees. The software package logically makes sense and is user friendly.

"Best Software for Contractors!"

"MOST is great."

What do you like best?

MOST has a bunch of available tools which is very helpful. Once you get the hang of MOST pulling reports and data is fast and easy. Very easy for dispatching techs.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike MOST at all. Its a great program.

"So many glitches"

What do you like best?

This software is easy to use and the training is smooth. I like that when the software is working the simplicity is hard to beat.
