"Powerful platform with all the functionality you will ever need for PRM"

What do you like best?

We evaluated 3 online portal solutions and settled on Magentrix as they deliver the best price-performance/ capabilities combination. One of the major factors being their ability to support multiple languages. It has all the necessary tools out-of-the-box and simple to understand pricing. We are also pleasantly surprised to find that Magentrix supports customization using HTML and C++ for processes that are specific to our needs. Most importantly, Magentrix assigned a great team of support engineers and project manager that made the difference. Kudos to Magentrix to having great team members like Vahid.

What do you dislike?

For large enterprises, pricing can escalate very quickly if you intend to have many internal users. I would suggest that you go through an SOW exercise and understand the add-on costs before proceeding.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I have implemented PRM solutions in major IT players and Magentrix is simple and effective. It takes the complexity out of building a PRM for a mid-size MNC. It is ideal for start-ups or those who are starting to look into PRM for the first time. I would recommend that you do a detailed scoping that will result in a SOW for your needs to understand the full cost impact.

Partner onboarding, deal registration/ deal desk, marketing support and partner collaboration. Yes and more.

""Customer First" attitude from Magentrix is very refreshing"

What do you like best?

Magentrix came to our rescue when we were in a time crunch to implement a "technology partner relationship management" platform. Our use case was slightly different from a typical PRM perspective but Magentrix was phenomenal in understanding our needs and delivering exactly what we needed.

They are a small team but extremely efficient and the quality of people they have is a great example of how teams should grow organically. They maintain the same level of engagement throughout the process and their customer support is outstanding. The fact that they allow customers to trial their product and even onboard beta customers before signing a contract is what sets them apart form the rest. It also shows the amount of confidence they have in their platform. Special shout out to Vahid, Jessica and Paul. Keep up the good work guys.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. I think they do have the potential to expand their offering a little bit to include professional services for more integration with their platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used their platform to establish a technology partner program. This is more technology focussed and less sales related. Using this platform, we make information and tools available to our partners so that they can interop with our services.

"Great Product with even better Support"

What do you like best?

I really like the integration with Salesforce because it not only integrates with standard, but also with custom objects.

The sync is almost live/immediate, which considering the price, is amazing.

You really get more value than expected.

I also really love the support and the emphasis the Magentrix team puts on customer relationships.

They have the ability to really understand our issues and either help resolve them, or customize a solution that works best for us.

What do you dislike?

The only thing i think needs updating is the search within Documents.

I believe that the attention you receive during the sales process continues throughout your implementation and even beyond that.

I don't like using the term ''above and beyond' because I feel it is overused, but that being said, the staff at Magentrix really do go the distance to work well with their customers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We initially used the built-in Salesforce portal, and because it got to be too expensive to maintain, without up-to-date features, we decided to look for a software that integrated into salesforce, and which let us create better relationships with our customers.

After evaluating a number of options, we landed on Magentrix as the best option to replace the salesforce portal.

We were able to provide a newer, more up-to-date, looking portal, which our customers now use to log their cases, go through training, find knowledge articles, log ideas, and more.

Most importantly, we've been able to save $30k/year by using magentrix for our customer portal.

"Highly Experienced Organization that prides itself in Outstanding Customer Service"

What do you like best?

Magentrix has an innate desire to immerse itself in your project and take what is already an extremely useful and highly customizable platform and take it to whatever level you desire. They see something "new" as an exciting challenge and help mold your expectations and desires to fit the platform. In some cases they even adjusted the platform to meet my requirements. Truly special experience.

What do you dislike?

I really don't have any specific complaints. The challenges I faced would never have been completed without their help.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Clearly define what you need done and provide that scope to Magentrix from Step 1. This will get you where you need very quickly and they will help solve those unique and complex situations that you might not know how to make fit within the highly-customizable platform that is Magentrix. Remember that Magentrix is NOT just a connector to the Force Platform but rather an entirely customizable platform of its own that will interface with Salesforce and any other environments you have.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need a Customer Portal front-end for our Force Platform. We use the platform for basic CRM but also as our ITIL V3 Ticketing System. We needed a space where we could bring on partners, customers, and employees that could interface with CRM objects as well as facilitate customer/partner support requests. Magentrix did this with ease.

"The answer is always "Yes""

What do you like best?

Scope to do anything we need. We are software developers and find that we can create custom pages, code, scripts or whatever we need to do to offer users what they need from a support portal.

What do you dislike?

Just a few functionality shortfalls. Needs a general purpose search function. Would be great to be able to view more document types without downloading.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integration with SalesForce to give users a 24/7 service for support cases, Solutions and other custom objects; integration with azure based licence management and SalesForce to allow users to licence our software online, Blogs on technical issues, separate from main company website blog, customer-specific portal with sub-set of main objects, or with additional custom features; online storage for users to download our software; custom pages to streamline user experience.

Benefits: our helpdesk is now focused on helping users to use the software instead of helping them install and licence. We can see exactly which users is using which resources and can respond proactively.

And the integration with SalesForce is faultless.

"Salesforce Technology Manager"

What do you like best?

It's hard to pick one reason. I love it because it is easy to use, inexpensive and the Magentrix team is awesome. They are very technical but still fun to work with.

What do you dislike?

I'll have to get back to this question when I find a reason to dislike them :)

Give Magentrix a try so you'll see for yourself why it is worth switching your portals and LMS. With our very positive experience with the Support Portal, we started asking them about their other products and switched our Partner OPortal and LMS as well.

We implemented Support and Partner Portal, and Learning Management Software.

The benefits we realized by implementing Magentrix are 1) big savings and 2) using 1 integrated product and dealing with 1 vendor.

"Awesome company, helpful staff and solid platform."

What do you like best?

Setting up Magentrix as our Partner Portal was easy, and Magentrix's team (especially Paul Bird) were very helpful, so much so that we had it up and running inside of just one week! The platform itself is easy to use, solid, well built and very flexible.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. Currently fulfilling all of our needs, and we're looking to use Magentrix in other areas of our business.

Can't fault Magentrix so far - platform is great, staff are very helpful.

Magentrix is the base for our new Partner Portal where our partners register leads, convert them to opportunities and register deals. It just cuts down on so much admin work/partner conflict.

"Great Alternative to Salesforce!"

What do you like best?

Magentrix customer service has been top notch! We were surprised at how well this platform performed and saved us money at the same time! It did everything we needed it to do and more! The integration with Salesforce has gone very smoothly so far and we weren't sure that was going to be the case at first so we were pleasantly surprised! Did I mention using Magentrix saved us a lot of money!!

What do you dislike?

So far, so good. We haven't reached any major bumps in the road and it has been a pretty seamless implementation.

Consult a 3rd Party who has had experience using Magentrix or integrating Magentrix in the past.

"Solid product with exceptional support"

What do you like best?

Magentrix gives my partners a one-stop shop for leads and the tools they need to make the most of those leads. Combining training videos, sales tools, and data sharing in a single portal helps me stand apart from other OEMs.

What do you dislike?

The salseforce setup and integration process is a bit convoluted, but then again everything involving salesforce is.

Their support is absolutely phenomenal, they really want you to succeed using their product, not just sign up!.

We are getting more deal registrations and sales pipeline from overseas markets.

"I really love the Magentrix integration with Salesforce."

What do you like best?

Customer Service, Speed of Deployment, Partner Adoption due to ease of use (Use the Portal via, CPU, Phone, or Tablets), Integration with Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

I really love the Magentrix integration with Salesforce. I do not have anything I really dislike about the platform. I have had odd requests\requirements that required customization from the Magentrix team in the past, but they have always come through.

"Great customer service but still some issues"

What do you like best?

The customer service is amazing. Jessica always exceeds expectations and gets things done quickly. Also, everything on our portal has to be in both French and English and the Magentrix translation studio works well. It is also quite customizable. Magentrix was fairly easy to learn and many things can be done by our company administrator.

What do you dislike?

The cost ended up being quite high for the service we have because we have to pay for members to have access even if they never log in. Also, the reporting needs work. For instance, trying to find out how many unique logins we get, or what pages are visited. We have had some trouble with configurations: for instance, our Form Assembly set-up wiping out member's access.

We use it to provide a place where members can access information not available to non-members.

"Good company, good experience"

What do you like best?

They've been great to work with in customizing our community software and very responsive in our requests.

What do you dislike?

The had some employee turnover which delayed us getting started but have fixed that.

This is a great value. There are competitors who are much more expensive, but Magentrix is robust and a good price.

"Excellent Portal Application"

What do you like best?

This product is a great way to extend and share Salesforce data with customers. It is easy to implement and support provided by Magentrix is amazing.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I do not like.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our goal is to share data with our partners and to allow them to share pipeline information with us. The portal provides an efficient and consistent means to do this with data flow to and from Salesforce. It also reduces the amount of work that internal teams have to do to keep partners up to date.

What do you like best?

Magentrix support is outstanding and really helped to setup our partner portal in short period of time.

What do you dislike?

Took a while to get started but was mainly due to internal processes

If you're looking for cost efficient, highly reliable customer/partner portal I would definitely recommend Magentrix.

With our new portal we basically centralize all customer processes whereas previously we would have several different Excel forms and Ppt which we distributed by mail.

"System, Service, Sastisfaction"

What do you like best?

The magetrix platform is easy to use, quick to set up, and fully integrated with our SalesForce. The magentirx team is outstanding. They walked us through every part of the process with no hidden surprises.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I can think of as of now. Magentrix does everything we though it would in the vetting process.

We are using Magentrix to allow our channel partners to register deals and manage opportunities throughout the SaaS sales cycle.

"Magentrix of Great"

What do you like best?

The technical support has been outstanding. All people that we have interacted with have been incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help in any way.

What do you dislike?

All of the shortcomings of the project were due to native Salesforce limitations, not Magentrix.

We are allowing our customers to receive project status info from our Salesforce database with a Magentrix portal.

"Very Great Company to work with"

What do you like best?

They are very responsive to all of our questions and modifications. We are very impressed by the look of the portal and the functionality. They accommodated everything we asked for.

What do you dislike?

We are very happy with this company. The only thing I would dislike is the price since we are a small company. We'd love to implement more features.

What do you like best?

I would highly recommend Magentrix.

It reliably meets our Partner Portal needs in a cost effective manner and when we need any support, including customisation, they certainly go that extra mile to give us exactly what you need.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes. However, the search could benefit from more filters/ability to focus on certain folders only

"VP WW Channels"

What do you like best?

I like the integration with SFDC and the ease of setting up new users.

What do you dislike?

Not all workflows are logical and I have not been able to self-educate on how to use/fix features.

Magentrix gives us a path to offer our partners access to marketing materials, product training and deal registration. As a small company, being able to offer this level of access to our partners is a big win.

"Excellent, simple yet powerful portal solution"

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the Magentrix platform. It is very easy to get it up and running on a basic configuration. Their team is also very helpful and they truly work towards their customer's success.

What do you dislike?

The more powerful features of the platform stem from customizable areas. Learning these is like learning everything else, and having Magentrix documentation in different forms (eBooks, how to videos, etc.) would be even better!

With Magentrix we automated deal registration, MDF management procedures and we are making available privileged content to our partners.

What do you like best?

"Great tool"

What do you like best?

The product is very usefull

It is very flexible
