I love that I can give them a list of targeted accounts and targeted personas and they'll deliver just those that match. It's better than some of the other syndication programs I've run where you can only pick firmagraphic info + titles, or just one or the other. Extra bonus is that they integrate directly into my marketing automation software, so my team doesn't have to mess with uploading leads and sending spreadsheets to sales.
What do you dislike?
I think this is something I could fix over time if I chatted with them about it, but I wish the influx of leads was more spread out over time. The big influxes are hard for my outbound team to manage effectively.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Needed to grow valid contacts for key accounts. It's too early to report on ROI from the program, but early indication is that they're getting me the right people!
