What do you like best?
The ability to track real-time, what's happening in the warehouse. I could manage my employees remotely, check their productivity over a shift, and verify each piece that I was expecting had actually crossed my dock.
What do you dislike?
Window within a window. Platform wasn't very intuitive at all. Lots of manual work was required. It seemed like all of they screens within the program, despite all being a part of the same workflow, were very "silo'd." Also, the equipment/hardware (ck3's and label printers) that we used with the program would frequently fail. The software might have been too robust to run on our equipment, but it was frustrating.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Nothing worse than reconciling a small piece during a cycle count then weeks later having to figure out which LPN you need to add back to clear your rejected shipment. Research each reconciliation on the front end to make sure they're justified.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking inventory. When following processes, we were able to greatly reduce shrink.
