What do you like best?
The convenience of creating queries and driving routes from both a desktop and mobile environment. The UI is very easy to navigate throught and most importantly, its integration with Salesforce.com.
What do you dislike?
Their are times when creating maps becomes a burden when you are not able to save them in order to retrieve them for later. Or the ability to share a mapanything type file with other users, e.g., a sales rep manager.

Easy to use, very intuitive, customer support is by far the best and MapAnything continues to be innovative. They provide many online tutorials and live how to seminars: MapAnything University. They make it easier and easier to use the application and providing more tools within the application itself.
