Have used this product for account segmentation by sub category and hence using the
validation and activity monitor to drive personalization on email campaigns we run by
segments. The results have been promising, for most of the larger and mid sizes target market
the penetration from data standpoint is good. Also, it is very flexible to retune a model for any
changed business scenario. This was a good feature as well since we are constantly
remodeling and build further customization on existing account sets.
The product is easy to onboard and the time to value is decent. We are now working on
leveraging the recommendations engine for future global opportunities. Like the scoring,
cross sell and validation features.
Low penetration in the education sector is something that needs to be taken care of.
Especially mid to small educational enterprises are a huge untapped market. The product also
should also custom BI through any 3 rd party integration this limits the value proposition of the
overall insights given the amount of data the product has access
