MATRIX is an LMS for businesses that want to deliver online training to their employees and customers. It has an attractive and easy to use interface, a responsive design, and provides a customizable portal, support for courses, and integrated e-commerce functionality.
Matrix is a reasonably-priced sass LMS solution with a good array of quizzing options.
What do you dislike?
The functionality is limited, especially for reporting and customization, and the user interface feels a bit dated (think a bit more dated than Salesforce's interface). Their support is limited to their forum, which fellow users or Matrix staff will respond to, but nothing can be a private format. We have had no touch bases post-adoption and inquiries to emails we've been able to find on the website and to our sales rep have been slowly (if ever) responded to. While it's reasonably priced, and we had hoped joining early in their adoption cycle would facilitate seeing and being apart of their product growth, we've felt like the experience has been stagnant and we're looking into new solutions. Morale of the story - a good entry point solution or for a company who doesn't want to commit to the concept of an LMS, but once your team invests in higher quality production/goals, you'll very quickly outgrow Matrix.

We've used Matrix to be able to provide scalable education and support to our client base. We've realized benefits in how investing in education up-front improves the client experience and lifetime customer value.
