Medfusion is easy to navigate for the most part. Mobile app is good. Able to link to more than one provider and patients within a family.
What do you dislike?
Patients can enroll more than once causing account errors. Unless you pay extra, patient portal support must come from within your organization. Support does not resolve problems quickly. Lab results are difficult to read in Clinical Summary document. There is no lab report feature.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
