What do you like best?

Easy to set up & configure

Covers our key requirements : Tablett and version tracking, Kiosk management, version upgrade distribution..

Ability to support Engineers in remote mode

Fluent synchronisation mode for updating technical documentation supplied to Engineers

Strong support from software Editor

What do you dislike?

An upgraded MDM version upgrade was delivered 1 quarter later than promised

We faced at the beginning little conflicts with our internal firewall when trying to deliver software changes

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before Tablets , we were using PDAs without MDM.

2 Key benefits realized with Media Contact :

- make software version change or upgrades much more fluent and quiick than before

- have the ability to take control of the Tablett from remote and unblock the engineer on line => Engineer no longer obliged to send back his equipment for solving issues
