"It's not about selling, it's about being relevant. "

What do you like best?

Mediafly is easy-to-use and allows us to be relevant in prospect and customer meetings. By having a range of accessible content at our fingertips (including offline) we let buyers and customers tell us what is most important and then we drill into their pain points versus trying to sell them what we think they want. It has been incredibly empowering to the team.

The interface (see screenshot) is simple, yet elegant. However, beyond design, this allows us to showcase areas our point-of-difference, expertise, or culture we couldn't ever neatly package in a pitch deck.

However, what we like most isn't the feature/function technology, but people. In two ways - First and foremost, the customer success team at Mediafly really wants us to be successful. This was evident from our onboarding sessions with Luke and the team. We were in-market fast! Second, we, in turn, are able to improve our own relationships with the people we meet with when using Mediafly because it is about them, not us.

What do you dislike?

It's more our problem than a Mediafly problem, but we occasionally need to do digital house-keeping on some of our content, but thankfully, having different collections can mitigate.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be candid about your business goals as Mediafly's customer success team is super helpful in bringing that vision to life with their technology. The implementation/onboard process was smooth sailing as is ongoing support.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned above, we are using Mediafly to be more relevant to the audience we serve and hope to sell our services too. We regularly use in real-time selling/meeting situations and it has been effective in relationships, relevancy and this has led to more revenue.

It has also saved a ton of time in the new business process as we are no longer crafting lengthy individual pitch decks, rather we can eliminate that headache and use the tool to pivot to buyer pain-points we uncover during actual meetings.

"Marketing Manager "

What do you like best?

We call on B2B (and B2C) companies often and Mediafly's technology makes my job much easier. Our business development meetings are more relevant and real-time to the buyers, which removes some of the stress associated with "selling". This creates an atmosphere of conversations which I think all sides appreciate. Mediafly is very intuitive and the application has an elegant interface. Lastly, the people on our account and customer success team have been terrific!

What do you dislike?

As with any new technology we had to break our own cultural norms about approaching B2B sales situations and meetings. Thankfully, the team at Mediafly was a good resource as they not only helped onboard the technology but also coached us on sales enablement trends.

Recommendations to others considering the product

While we can't say enough about the technology - the people really make a difference. Everyone from the CEO of Mediafly down to our customer success team rep is invested in our success. They are always proactive with ideas to improve our business with their technology as the fuel.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a high-growth company and to continue that growth we needed a robust technology to build a faster, bigger, and better pipeline of deals. Last year, was a record revenue year for AE Marketing Group with growth about 5x our industry peers. Having the confidence, knowledge, and tools from Mediafly was a big contributor to our success.

"Easy to use. Keeps our marketing content consistent."

What do you like best?

The Mediafly application has solved our issue of having content all over the place. We now have one central location for Sales to access and share marketing content. This has helped tremendously with consistency. I think I'm most impressed with how our team has adopted the technology. It's so easy to use and intuitive that even the salespeople love it. We've integrated it with our own sales enablement platform for asset managers, which as created a powerful solution for investment companies who need tight compliance controls, along with the flexibility to create customer-centric (customized) presentations. I have recommended Mediafly to many colleagues.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything I dislike, but I would like to see them develop more granular reporting features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Content consistency, tracking capabilities (usage and view analytics), integration with slide management system and CRM, creating relevant and unique content collections for specific clients/prospects.

"Mediafly is the best tool for organization! "

What do you like best?

We can customize Mediafly to work for our exact needs. We have so many assets, its awesome to be able to organize them in a way that is most efficient for us.

What do you dislike?

Nothing! I do wish that when a client opened the link we could see more than just their location - it would be beneficial to see name or email (like a "please enter your name" to continue screen for them) when they open a link so it sends to us.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had all of our assets in one location which was our headquarters, but now that we've expanded exponentially and have offices across the US we needed a way for all reps and locations to access this information - enter Mediafly!!

"Outstanding Platform For The Modern Seller"

What do you like best?

The Mediafly platform is a game changer in terms of transforming sales to keep up with the changing Buyer. Buyers require personalized content, and interactive engagements and conversations. The Mediafly platform equips our sales team with the right content and the right time and provides a flexible and adaptable approach to selling. Its mobile capabilities are seamless and critical to enabling sales teams for one on one conversations leveraging phones and tablets.

What do you dislike?

I do not currently have any concerns at this time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Strong platform. Important to leverage as part of a sales transformation effort. Strong team, very accommodating and easy to work with. It is the best value that we saw in the space.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a relatively new user, but we are leveraging the platform the more easily access our content, but then be able to effectively and efficiently access the tools and content we need in order to create a personalized and impactful prospect or client presentation. Definitely seeing greater engagement in our sales conversations and meetings.

"Mediafly - Our Global Sales Enablement Tool"

What do you like best?

Where do I begin . . . 1. The customization of the tool to fit with our Company branding. 2. The ease of use. 3. The wonderful service.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see better reporting tools.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Looking for a Sales Enablement tool that would provide content at the fingertips of our Account Managers that was on-brand, on-message, easy to find and easy to share with their customers. We also use the tool to provide educational material to our Account Managers and to facilitate feedback.
