I'm able to track which blog posts are best at encouraging people to pick up the phone and enquire. From this I can alter what I write about in the future.

Setting up can be complicated and costs can really rack up if you need more numbers.

There are other companies on the market that provide a similar service and with better support.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Calls are so much more personal and effective than emails and even social media. Plus it's not so easy to call a number from a mobile directly off a webpage and people will always do what's easiest for them. This means I can track every incoming communication, not just social and email.
