What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to record my training videos and download them for my co-workers. The archive function is also helpful for this! It's also really great that you can record the adio sessions as well as the video sessions.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that you have to download the same software each time you log into a conference, because it confuses our non-tech-savvy customers all the time. If Administrators have to download something each time, that doesn't make sense, because they should have just one thing to download and keep on their computer. And customers outside of the business should not have to download anything at all, as the process should be easiest for them over everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If your clientele are not tech-savvy, you may want to consider something like Zoom. However, if having an eaily accessible archive is important for you, this may be the product for you!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving the problem of the easiest way to train remote employees. The video chat allows us to feel like we're in the same room, and the screen share allows me to show them the software and how to use it as though they are in front of me. I can then put them in charge of the screen so that I can make sure they understood what I just showed them. I can also record audio conversations if I'm simply explaining a concept that they need to remember later.
