Message notifications are not set up by default. If someone doesn't know how to set up their account properly, they might miss out on messages or notifications leading to projects not getting done
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure you have alerts set up. Employees all have different levels of computer knowledge. Be sure all staff is checking the calendar routinely, or items or tasks may be unresolved
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Keeping track of what other staff should be doing is a great advantage. It allows you to track the progress of company tasks as well as what other employees may be working on.
