This made for a very easy and smooth transition among team members through the process. Even if I wasn't talking to the right person about a particular topic, there was NEVER an attitude of "not my job." The team at MC takes pride in their work and product. It shows in their customer service.
The interface is very simple, as well. Once you learn how to do a particular task, it's very easy to replicate.

Sometimes the simplicity leaves a little bit to be desired as far as a customized professional look. We are having to learn more HTML coding than I would like to get some of that extra touch.
