When we began using clipping services last year, I tried out a few companies to see which would be the best route. At the time, we needed a clip or two every once in awhile, so my opinion largely based on the customer service. I've worked with one rep the whole time, who has been extremely helpful. Whenever I have a question or a need, response time is quick and the answers are useful. And, our needs have since increased, and the rep was able to get me all set up with the portal, which is easy to use!
Now that we have access to the dashboard, we are able to keep track and download clips with ease. We still have access to our rep and communicate on an as-needed basis, which is great and helpful.
