"Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights is the best software in the market for organizing data."

What do you like best?

What I like most is that this platform is easy to set-up, reset-up, and start using. Also, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights is customized to suit the needs of any corporation. Additionally, I like the fact that this platform easily integrate with other platforms.

What do you dislike?

Although Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights is the best CRM platform, it is not free to get a genuine version. Also some templates available for this software are outdated. That way, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights is less competitive on the existing market. It would be better if they take time to update some of the obsolete templates.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend this platform to the users that are looking for an intuitive platform that can integrate with other Microsoft 365 Dynamics such as Customer service and project service automation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have relished a lot of benefits from the very first time that we implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights. Thus, we are able to stay on top of leads since this platform has all the features to track customer relationships.

"A helpful tool for data collection"

What do you like best?

This is a really nice program to organize data from various endpoints and locations and then can create actionable insights for your team.

What do you dislike?

Setting up customer insights is not really straightforward as you'd think. It's not extremely difficult, but it does demand many steps that could drive you away. However, the program is new so hoping this improves over time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Currently, the Customer Insights does not have many data sources that it supports out of the box. As of now, I believe it is just CSV files, Dynamics 365, and Hub Data APIs. This is a bit disappointing, but it still is worth it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking KPI's is one of our favorite features, and it is handled very well. We also can see the WHOLE customer journey on one dashboard. It helps us predict their needs and enhance future engagements.

What do you like best?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights allow gathering of information from different sources and consolidation for an actionable insight. this information can help an organization identify new needs and preferences for their customers.

What do you dislike?

The fact that you cannot use this software without an internet connection make it limited.

"Microsoft Dynamics 365 fpr Customer Insights"

What do you like best?

The programs allows customers to manage their accounts designated by the product they purchased allowing instant access to information that are crucial to the business.

What do you dislike?

The difficult process of filtering account and information. Searching for accounts and product could be a challenge when there are duplication in the system.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For all Microsoft Dynamics programs, It does take some time to get uses to it but that should not effect the learning curve for users.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The programs is used as a tool to access accounts and available products for clients that purchased recruitment solutions. Tracking the progress of every product and making changes to it.

"Great for sales teams"

What do you like best?

Dynamics has a lot of functionality outside of just being a CRM - an internal chat system, a really solid calendar interface, and other apps that make it a fantastic all-in-one platform. Does have solid functionality for sales teams when it comes to being a CRM. Integrates with several vendors and applications.

What do you dislike?

Does not have much functionality of being a tool that other teams can use - IE, marketing, etc. Reporting is very flawed and not user-friendly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One great thing is is assists in capturing data across all kinds of different places to eliminate siloed data.

"Solid CRM"

What do you like best?

Goal tracking and leader boards. Loved the way Dynamics tracked the leader boards and goals for all the reps. Was very easy to see where you were to goal and how much needed to be produced.

What do you dislike?

Creating alternative lists or pulling specific info was difficult. This may just have been because of how the company had it set up but any time we wanted to make a new list or change format of anything we had to go through our system admin and it was a long process.

"Nice Tool"

What do you like best?

What i like on this tool is the ability to predict data outcome from the sources i've tapped in.

What do you dislike?

the version which we are working in now is with preview.. i dont have dislikes but maybe when we start buying out the standard versions.

Best part is the ability to customize the tool based from our needs.

User interface is easy to learn, and lots of add-on services that can integrate with Dynamics.

Some add-ons integrate better than others.

I really like the features when it comes to the outlook email access via a cloud based website.

I wish that the word options in Microsoft were a little more user friendly and visible.

"I like this platform for the most part"

Not super user friendly visually, but it gets the job done

It’s hard to naviagte and I wish I could really see everything all at once
