"Sales Enablement has never been so easy and penetrating before"

What do you like best?

It is the 'n' number of ways in which you can exploit the services of the tool. It not only helps in enabling sales reps through continuous training but also it serves the purpose of managing content for them. The best part is the swift response of the Mindtickle team whenever you need them.

What do you dislike?

There are few features which we strongly require but for time being they are not present in the product like taking up assessments from Mobile App and all. Also, the new app updates are not forceful in nature because of which we, at times, fail to use the latest features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It not only helps to make the new sales reps field ready but also enables the existing sales reps with on-the go content as well as assessments as a part of a continuous learning. This helps in improving the overall performance of sales at an individual level and also enhances top line growth

"Best Sales Enablement Software"

What do you like best?

Mindtickle has some amazing features of Quick Updates of Video and Presentations which helps us in providing our team weekly updates of the new features in the product.

It also has Course feature which has helped in onboarding programmes for new joiners.

And through the Assessment, Missions and Coaching feature, we were able to take monthly and quaterly reviews of our team and provide feedbacks accordingly.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing much to dislike about Mindtickle, some of the features which are not there currently I have seen them in their beta version. The only thing which might be a concern would be realted to their pricing.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ameyo being a leading contact center software being used by the leading companies over 50 countries, we have been developing new products and enhancing the existing product features. Though in doing so we were facing issues in educating our Sales, Inside Sales and Pre Sales team about the product updates in order to have a uniform pitch among our employees, here mindtickle helped us a lot through its features of Quick Updates we were able to send out the proper message among all of our stakeholders. It also helped us in reducing the onboarding time for our new joiners thereby making them ready for sales in a short period of time.

"Easy to use, with tons of functionality and great support!!!"

What do you like best?

We spent quite a while trying to find the right tool to support training and enablement initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams as well as our customers. Mindtickle was easy to get up and running, has a super intuitive user interface (from an admin and learner perspective) and allowed us to easily move off of our previous learning system.

The support we receive from the Mindtickle team is next level, our main contact (shout out to Praneeth), is always available to help us walk through a complex use case, resolve any issues, review new feature releases and become more strategic with our usage!

I love the reporting (which just got even more intuitive with the latest release) and the coaching tool. We use the coaching feature not only for upskilling and coaching, but to execute our badging program virtually. Teams can record a pitch or demo right in Mindtickle and their manager or badging committee can evaluate on their own time and share meaningful feedback

What do you dislike?

Would love to see more automation especially for our onboarding and badging programs. Right now we manually add new users to a learning series as they progress through each week of learning would love to set up a cadence for users to be added to learning series based on a specific time-frame or upon completion of a learning series or course.

I know Mindtickle integrates seamelssly with a number of CMS' my dream would be for all of that to live in one tool!!

The support that the Mindtickle team offers is game-changing, they help us to get the most out of the available features and more importantly help us to take a strategic approach to our programming and content deployment to ensure we are getting the most out of each initiative we launch.

In an effort to create a continuous culture of learning, reduce ramp time of new Sales and CS team members, and ensure our teams are growing their skills and building product and industry knowledge we needed the right tool to deploy training and content to our teams easily and efficiently. Mindtickle's Coaching and Quick-Updates features allow us to "check-in" with our teams, understand training consumption and (most importantly) knowledge application and send them meaningful updates or quizzes to ensure we're staying on top of key changes in our business and in the market.

"Mind Tickle an effective tool"

What do you like best?

I found mind Tickle to be user friendly and an effective media to be practice in day to day proceedings. It gives both the admin and user the similar ease of operation . Mind tickle helps you create the best experience digital learning and can help resolve on the job challenges. Best part is their customer support ..its available 24*7 and they are eager to serve .

What do you dislike?

I don't find anything in this category. May be its not compatible with something like ALEXA from Amazon ..that's on the lighter side. I would like the tool to be synced with VEEVA , CRM . That would help the BUs to bring more insights from the tool and can gain more acceptance with the stakeholders.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Yes I would certainly recommend Mind Tickle to someone who is inclined to take the learning experience to the next level . Digital is the way forward and Mind Tickle is right there. It is simple to use so can easily be adopted by across the industries.

Mind Tickle makes job easier for admin and it enhance efficiency. Lot of automation is available at the disposal. I use that currently for knowledge development and a data bank for scientific stuff

"Deploying Training At Scale "

What do you like best?

There are many aspects of the MinTickle platform that I like best. From an Admin perspective, it is very easy to create new learners, learning groups, and assign out training content at a user or group level. The training modules are very easy to build and edit. Any time I have questions, their support team responds immediately. The reporting is pretty in-depth yet very visual, allowing me to provide good visibility to all managers on their teams learning progress. From an end user perspective, the layout of the platform is very intuitive and simple to navigate. The mobile option is great for our Sales and support reps out in the field. They don't have to skip a beat with training just because they're not in front of their computer.

What do you dislike?

We will often release trainings that are "optional" instead of "mandatory" for our learners, and it's not easy to delineate these two scenarios and it creates some havoc from a reporting perspective. I've created my own workaround by publishing these "optional" trainings to the "public series" section, but I would like to see a better solution for this because the training will automatically assign themselves to the learner when they access it from the public series folder.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I lean pretty heavily on the live chat support. Whether its user error or a bug in the system, they are very quick to respond and help you resolve your issue.

Just like with any new process being implemented, it's difficult to encourage people to change their habits and mindset. It's very important that all managers are bought into the importance of leveraging this tool and that they lead by example.

With the implementation of Mindtickle and proper expectations set for our employees, we've created a culture of learning. With greater visibility from the analytics reports, we can now feel confident that our Sales and Client support teams are up to date on the latest changes to our products, internal processes, and industry changes.

"Gets the job done"

What do you like best?

MT has all the various module types we need to properly convey training materials in a digestible manner. It's very easy to manually setup new users on the system and for them to get started. The content import tool is fairly reliable and quickly ingests new content.

What do you dislike?

The SFDC integration is extremely limited so you are forced to use their analytics. This in turn does not easily allow us to relate training completion and scores to rep overall performance. The SFDC integration also does not allow you display training content in real-time on the Opportunity, only assigned training in their tab.

It is also annoying that I can't receive notifications of completed trainings by new hires. It would be great to know when training is completed alongside scores so we can take action more proactively.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This tool is great for disseminating training and using their platform to track progress. What it will not give you is any clue how training may be impacting rep quota attainment, notifications of completed training, or the ability to generate customer views/reports.

With the MindTickle platform, we are able to scale our enablement and training efforts across our global offices. This allows us to serve reps in EMEA just as easily as in Spokane, WA.

"Quick feedback on the customized services provided by Mindtickle"

What do you like best?

The best thing about MindTickle platform is that the tool is developed in a very user-friendly manner, The terminologies used are easy for understanding and the users will not find it difficult to utilize the tool for various activities.

Also, the tool supports various methodologies like multiple choice questions, short text answers, email assessment, video play recording etc.,

The support team resolves any technical issues in a timely manner

What do you like best?

The best aspect of the product of MindTickle is that it adopts to your needs with guidance of your Customer Success Manager; no matter if you want to increase communicate, do training, do onboarding, share quick messages, analyse your sales reps, MindTickle's solutions will fit to your needs.

Work with stuff of MindTickle is rewarding; they are fast, supportive and customer needs are listened through carefully and considered while developing the content further.

"Best learning & development platform for sales force"

What do you like best?

The platform offers ease of use so it is convenient even for the not so tech savvy salesperson. Learning content can be customized for each individual. Assessment & evaluation is gamified & hence sales team participates proactively. Pitch perfect & manager coaching are also great features of the platform.

What do you dislike?

MindTickle as a platform is easy to download easy to install & easy to use but there are certain features which could make it even better. Timed triggers for content is currently not available. Creating subfolders or subsets in the series will be very helpful to organize content.

Consistent & convenient learning for field force. From once a qtr now learning happens more consistently.

Easy measurable on the field manager coaching. We have had more than 400 manager coaching conversation in a span of 3 months.

"Learn on the go!"

What do you like best?

MindTickle helps us conduct regular assessments effectively which over 800 employees at NowFloats regularly undergo. The region-wise analysis really helps us understand what we must focus on in training.

The support has been great and they have been always available for any concerns, meanwhile always suggest what we could do to leverage the platform better.

What do you dislike?

The App sometimes takes longer to load the data. We'd also like to see features like scheduling content / assessment updates and different formats of assessments on the App in the future.

MindTickle is a great product when you want to continuously keep sharing content with your teams and evaluate them on various parameters.

Our team is present across over 70 branches in India and MindTickle helps us keep all teams updated with all new feature / product releases. "Mindtickle has potential, but isn't quite there yet"

What do you like best?

UI is user-friendly. Automation of some functions streamlines process. A wide range of file types are accepted.

What do you dislike?

Admin UI is a mess, including email templates. Poor analytics and reporting. Updates are rolled out without proper testing and often break. Support for the admin is lacking. Some functions are promised, but never deliver.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This platform has a lot of promise, but expect to use a third-party software for analytics and reporting. The automation and setup streamlines the process. The functions that exist are great, but beware of updates, which are often untested upon rollout. User support is great, but admin support is often slow or unresponsive.

We primarily use it for sales onboarding, which is a huge time saver. We also use it for ongoing training for our sales team, such a product updates. Adoption isn't as high as we'd like, but it does help us to streamline the training process.

"Director of Sales Learning"

What do you like best?

This is user friendly easy to deploy sales enablement platform. We have been a client of MindTickle for two years now and have deployed this across our entire sales force. They have been a true partner and worked with us to adapt the tool to the evolving business needs of our organization. They have advised us on how to best use the system and taken our feedback on business needs that they system could address. This tool has both a strong desktop and a growing mobile capability.

What do you dislike?

We have had challenges with reporting and analytics which they are addressing in the next release.

We are a strong user of their role play practice capability. They have allowed us to move from static learning to capturing talk tracks and skill demonstrations. This is critical for developing sales professionals. This capability is very unique in the sales enablement tools we evaluated. There are practice tools and there are learning systems. MindTickle is the strongest system that combines the functionality of both.

"Great way to get better"

What do you like best?

It's a simple and effective way to record myself alongside a deck and then submit my recording for review. Also, it's very easy to understand how well I did -- the breakout into various important aspects shows me what I did great on and what I need to do better on next time. The Top Submissions tab is a nice touch because it allows me to see how my colleagues did on a certain presentation and to learn what our leaders are looking for in that presentation.

What do you dislike?

While I was in the process of submitting, I was not aware that my draft was saved, or rather where to find it. When I accidentally reloaded the page, I could not find my submission, so I thought I lost it. I re-did the submission and then found the drop-down list for saved drafts. It would be great if the drafts list was more easily found.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As I learn how to get better at my role in sales at my org, solutions like MindTickle help me easily get feedback from leaders without having to schedule time in-person with them to conduct role plays (while still important) or provide a presentation. I'm getting better and better at my job as I grow my career at this org. By getting better, I mean that I can more intelligently speak on the phone to how our services can help our clients.

"Industrialisation of our Sales Enablement program"

What do you like best?

The interface is very pleasant and easy to use. The feature richness of the platform enables us to cover all learning format required for our extensive Sales Onboarding and Sales Continuous Learning programs.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular. The only thing I could say is that from time, the platform can be quite slow.

We are a fast growing SaaS start-up, selling a product that requires a lot of knowledge and know-how. We were struggling at training newcomers across disseminated locations, we were not able to track their progress and level of understanding, and our documentation was overwhelming. "Simple solution with amazing support"

What do you like best?

What I have liked most about using Mindtickle to support my sales team is the ease of use and adaptability of the platform. I've used a bunch of complicated LMS solutions in the past, and the reason I like Mindtickle is because it checks all those same boxes the big guys provide without giving me a headache. I have also had one of the best experiences of my career from a support perspective. The attention and focus the Mindtickle Customer Support team provides my organization is first class and incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much I dislike just yet! I've been using the tool for about 6 months now for very specific projects and therefore admittedly probably still naive to all of its capabilities. So far, so good.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My Sales Enablement team uses the platform to bring a more blended learning approach to our sales team. Along with instructor-led training, we are now able to offer quick videos, interactive Q&As, certification programs, a nice clean content library of what "good" looks like, and the chance for reps to get "live coaching" via my team providing feedback after submitting missions. We have realized that the more interactive and simple/micro we can deliver some of our content when it's convenient for them, the more open the reps are to additional training and development.

"Easy to use training software"

What do you like best?

The courses are easy to navigate, with clear visuals and steps to complete a course. I love how points are tallied, and you can easily see how other people on your team are performing as compared to you. I've taken a course more than once to get into the "expert" category and land myself at the top of a scoreboard.

As someone who uses the software on a daily basis (not a course creator), I can say that this is a easy to use program for training.

What do you dislike?

Often the default video player lags in loading content.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As an end user (not a content creator), it's a great way for my organization to disseminate information. When new processes are released, it's an easy way to log in and learn exactly what is being done.

The platform is excellent for sharing information / training. The content is of course dependent on your content creation team.

"Simple Platform to Learn Organization"

What do you like best?

It is really easy to go through the content created by our operations team. When they send out a new training, MindTickle makes it easy to go step by step through videos and questions.

What do you dislike?

When I was first hired, it was a little difficult to navigate to the right trainings. That could have been because it was a new software.

Recommendations to others considering the product

An issue our organization is having with this software is it doesn't do more than simply share content. It would be nice if we could be engaged in other ways than just a video.

"Sales Learning & Certification Program Built & Launched in 1 Month"

What do you like best?

The challenge when designing our Sales Champions Program was how do we build true "sales capability" by ensuring that the knowledge and skills learnt are internalised and transferred to execution in the field....this is what Mindtickle helps us achieve.

The true value of Mindtickle to Mendix are Missions.... these are activities that allow individuals in our sales team to practice and demonstrate that they can perform real world selling tasks which when combine indicate a level of productivity (the individual can perform in a professional, independent and autonomous manner).

Missions allow our team to practice, receive coaching and be certified on tasks such as:

- Explaining key concepts with precision in a concise manner as if talking with a prospect on the phone

- Demonstrate the ability use key tools in our sales stack like DiscoverORG, LinkedIn, SalesLoft etc.

- Demonstrate the ability to write compelling and effective emails and documents

- Demonstrate their ability to deliver engaging and on-message message presentations

- Demonstrate their ability to execute key pipeline generation activities such as outbound calls and discovery conversations

What do you dislike?

- Reporting needs to be improved to make Mindtickle easier to operationalise (manage the people and processes around Mindtickle)

- Licencing and pricing seems to be unclear as new functionality is added...there could be more clarity around what is included and what's not included in the standard licence fee

"MindTickle Democratizes LMS"

What do you like best?

Being hosted on a multi-tenant SaaS platform, we are always on the latest version of MindTickle, and the focus on only one version enables development of new features at a rapid pace. The product is very user-friendly, and MindTickle leadership benchmarks themselves against the best consumer products companies to deliver easy-to-use features such as gamification. The responsiveness​ of the MindTickle team to our requests is phenomenal, and they have adapted the product beautifully for use by Cloudera's Sales, Support, HR, and Business Alliance functions. MindTickle exposes their APIs so that we can integrate with Okta and thereby automate user and group management.

What do you dislike?

Major improvements to the reporting and metrics and more granular roles are in progress and will be highly appreciated. Development of a user community and a conference will come in time.

Content development can require significant resources, so leverage MindTickle's competent professional services staff.

We are able to deliver the most up-to-date content to our global workforce at any time and any place that they wish. MindTickle greatly accelerates our on-boarding learning curve for new-hires. It allows us to safeguard our IP. It enables managers to monitor their employees' mandatory training progress and suggest optional courses for supplementing their knowledge. Likewise, MindTickle enables us to safely share knowledge with our partners and keep them current with the latest product information.

"Great tool for a new Sales Team"

What do you like best?

It's very agile and adaptable to multiple sales needs. Community Brands has acquired several brands in the last 2 years. We have varying needs in cross-sell, and onboarding, all of which take precedence.

What do you dislike?

Managing the user profiles is a little cumbersome but that is mainly due to the fact that we have multiple instances of Salesforce at the moment so we have not integrated the platform yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend MindTickle to others. The micro-learning, the missions and demo training is a valuable tool for any sales leader to have for their team.

For the learning, development and standardization of processes, this platform is extremely useful in my team. The roles require the team to be largely on the move and scattered across locations. It is extremely useful to have all the content on a easily accessible platform and in an attention grabbing format of videos and quick updates.

Centralized tracking mechanism and managing the reviews etc is also very helpful.

Analytic feature which provides insights of learners' engagement and that helps team lead/management and administrators to easily track the effectiveness of the the training and improve the coaching for the individual.

It is the easiest platform to help sales team to train in different skills.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike but as a suggestion I would like to tell them to improve their reports & analytics

It has helped us to improve in call quality. By tracking our sales agents day to day performance and seeing them improved every day It is the easiest platform to share the feedback. Sharing the quick updates, we can also use this platform to share our team huddles every morning regardless of shift timings.

What do you like best?

Intuitive training platforms that help conceptualize our organizations processes and industry knowledge with ease. This is a user friendly platform which makes it easy to deploy enablement learning programs. The real time leaderboard while taking courses creates a healthy competition between employees, each of them wanting to have the best score.We've had great customer support and guidance from MindTickle to help us design our onboarding programs.

Minor improvements to the reporting and metrics and more granular roles are in progress and will be highly appreciated. Development of a user community and a conference will come in time. The new Learner UI is great and waiting for a new Admin UI to come up soon!

"Great Gamified Learning Experience"

What do you like best?

MindTickle takes what might otherwise be dry, boring material and turns it into an achievement based, engaging educational experience. Getting rewarded for completing modules really helps motivate you to get your training done, when it might otherwise just feel like a waste of your time.

What do you dislike?

I don't really have any complaints about MindTickle to be honest. The one thing I would say is our own modules could use some more variability (the format tends to be a video segmented into multiple pieces, followed by a quick quiz question or two), at least in terms of how the material is presented and tested upon, but that's likely due to our own internal resources more than MindTickle's capabilities. Also, and this could be a result of our own design as well, but the user interface when I log in can seem a little messy. There are series and modules, and they are presented by date rather than by completion status, and although you can filter by completion it's not immediately apparent whether something is a series, a module, complete or incomplete just by scanning your dashboard quickly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take a good look at the types of content you can share - using a mix of all available formats will help keep your training engaging and interesting for your audience. Even the quizzes can be presented in different ways, from simple multiple choice questions to matching correct answers. Variety is the spice of life!

MindTickle is used to distribute new and updated processes, messaging etc to our field organization. Having the material accessible through our internal portal and tracked all in one place makes it easy to get training completed. What do you like best?

-The ongoing review of material for my company and our products as well as the value prop that we bring to the table.

-Keeps us up to date on the most current versions of product information and documentation.

What do you like best?

The agility of the support team to answer our questions. The communication about the new features or updates are very clear. The commercial team is incredible and very available for our all needs.

"Great Platform for Sales Enablement"

What do you like best?

Easy to use platform with great gamification options. You can use content that you create or link to other content to be used for training.

What do you dislike?

The reporting could be improved. The visualizations are good but I would like to be able to have more visibility across groups versus having to pull separate reports for each. There are also some UI improvements that could be done to make the administration role easier. In some areas of the platform it isn't clear where learner information can be updated.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Start with a blueprint for your content and have some content ready before you get started. Your plan should include not only training courses but a schedule of regular updates that can be pushed out to the team to maintain their engagement with the platform. The Missions feature in MindTickle is great and can be used for salespeople to practice a pitch or objection handling. Make sure that sales leadership is committed to using Missions on a regular basis to get the most out of it. You don't have to have all of your content ready before you start. Videos and other materials can be uploaded and released quickly and you can continually add to your curriculum.

Onboarding of new client-facing team members.

Benefits:

- The amount of classroom time required has been reduced as courses are self-service and available to new employees on day one. Faster ramp up for new reps.

"Clunky but it's Getting There "

What do you like best?

Mindtickle is great for training purposes. It helps you record videos on question that is often asked for training. You are able to refer back and hear your team and how they approach certain things.

What do you dislike?

Crashes, deletes full work done and doesn't restore it. This was a frustration because everyone had to restart their work again. The recording feature also tends to crash a lot. Many of the videos don't record.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take the time to get the know the product. I would suggest managers to do an on boarding of the product, getting familiar with how to navigate it. Also suggest having managers give a time frame to get things on time with the deadline. We were introduced to mindtickle and only had 4 days to submit 4 assignments but the software kept crashing so we weren't able to get things done on time.

Sales enablement, what is practical for a good training and sources for training. A great source to go back and see how you can combat objections.

"Go for this"

What do you like best?

I like that I have the ability to increase the play speed of some of the training videos. This helps me to complete some of the trainings a lot faster.

What do you dislike?

We have the SFDC integration. It seems a bit clunky at times and doesn't resize correctly when I have resize the window. I prefer to log into it directly vs. using the SFDC integration.

It's great for the price. And they're quick to make changes and work with you. They value your opinions and will work hard to make sure you're satisfied.

What do you like best?

I like the possibility to give and gather feedback. I also like that Mindtickle is easy to use, and for example videos are quickly uploaded. And the mobile app.

We do not need the many notification emails that seem to be default. We would also like there to be a discussion possibility visible to all users.

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use both from an Admin and user perspective. The support staff are very efficient and effective and a pleasure to deal with. The platform is intuitive, innovative and customisable.

What do you dislike?

When at a Learner vs Module level in Admin Analytics, I'd like to be able to filter which Modules to display. Managers cannot see Q&A breakdown in their Team Reports only Admin can see this. Currently some functions that are available on desktop and not available via the App.

"Outstanding sales learning platform"

What do you like best?

MindTickle has a strong product & exceptional customer service. User experience & admin experience are both modern and smooth. Integrations with SalesForce and Google are also good.

What do you dislike?

Courses (composed of videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.) cannot currently include Missions (experiential tasks like screen recording, writing assignments, etc.). While you can build a "Series" to include both, it is just a little less than perfect. That said, this is a rather small nit.

What do you like best?

The 2 things I like most about MindTickle are 1) the ability to have sales reps upload videos for review so that we can truly test the skills and find examples to share with the rest of the team and 2) the excellent customer service.

"Solution for sales enablement and onboarding"

What do you like best?

MindTickle is very easy to use with a simple structure of importing existing materials and then embedding in question options for engagement. The structure of courses or "quick updates" (small snippets that you can push to mobile) that work on desktop and mobile, plus the automated analytics and email scheduling make it a fast to deploy training without a lot of manual administration.

What do you dislike?

MindTickle is still early in offering some of the more advanced features such as flexible analytics (you have to export to Excel to do deep data manipulation), automated reporting, or any kind of video editing in the platform itself. It also could use some better self-training materials, though their account management team is stellar, quick to act, very responsive, and very eager to support.

MindTickle is a fast way to get started on sales enablement and is very easy to use for new users (which helps if you are trying to have many within your organization to support content development). It has enough analytics to get started on trackable sales training and it's user interface is extremely simple and mobile-friendly to support your account executives who are inevitably using the tool while on the road.

"Easy to administer, user friendly and highly applicable towards today's sales force"

What do you like best?

MindTickle has many cool functions - their quick updates are easy to use and disseminate information in a short amount of time, the courses have been highly effective for engaging new hires prior to arriving at Bootcamp, but it's the Missions that really bring the rubber to the road. The Missions are easy for both admin, user, and reviewer and memorializes the evolution of a sales rep's progress, as well as provides peer-to-peer examples for practice pitches and demos.

What do you dislike?

Overall, I think the platform is solid. The platform could be even better if it was further integrated into SFDC: course performance tied to the User profile and corresponding Opportunities/Revenue attributes. This way, admins could correlate sales rep performance with other achievements within SFDC.

Part of the appeal of Mindtickle was the Professional Services and the Customer Success. Their knowledge of sales enablement best practices runs deeper than the platform, but extends into execution and cadence of training and deployment. Their PS also goes above and beyond in creating a well-rounded course that is attractive, coherent and informational.

Prior to using Mindtickle, our Bootcamp was the first exposure our reps had to classroom study of Egnyte and its products. What do you like best?

MindTickle is an easy to use and administer cloud-based sales effectiveness platform. As the leader for our enablement vision/strategy I like the focus on continuous product enhancements to help drive "enablement-on-demand", simple configuration, analytics and reporting.

What do you dislike?

being somewhat new to the market, it's hard to find administrators/operations staff familiar with the platform...however, since the technology is so easy to administer/use, this is not a big issue.

Take time to meet with their executive team...they ultimately had the most impact on our decision to partner with MindTickle (confidence, credibility, genuine concern with our needs short/long term).

"Great, cutting-edge on-demand learning platform!"

What do you like best?

MindTickle's user experience is the most attractive. The gamification features really make it fun and effective for sales reps to engage with the platform. The real time leaderboard while taking courses creates a healthy competition between sales reps, each of them wanting to have the best score. Being able to have sales reps interact with the content throughout the courses increases knowledge absorption and allows us in Sales Management to make sure they integrated the knowledge and have them certified on the content. From all the on-demand sales learning platforms we evaluated, MindTickle was the most innovative and engaging platform. We've had great customer support and guidance from MindTickle to help us design our sales onboarding and ongoing training programs. Really happy customer!

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike about MindTickle. It is really a great on-demand learning platform. The only area of improvement would be their admin interface to make it even easier to create courses. I know they are actively working on improving courses administration and have taken into account our specific input. We've already seen great enhancements.

What do you like best?

The customer success team is incredible. The support I have received while rolling out our new onboarding program with very aggressive delivery dates could not have been achievable if it weren’t for the collaboration and support I received from the customer success team. MindTickle felt like an extension of our team with the same passion one would expect from an internal employee.

What do you dislike?

Dislike is too strong of a word. I look forward to future enhancements in the top level organization of the learning board for users. As we continue to leverage MindTickle for more and more business needs, we need to ensure the learning path remains clearly defined for those interfacing the application.

In addition to leveraging MindTickle for the Nutanix sales onboarding program, we continue to leverage the solution to roll out continued education for our existing sales teams as well as facilitate preparatory work for upcoming sales events. With the help of MindTickle, we were able to implement a full 90-day onboarding experience for our new sales teams that included more than the traditional talking head videos. A combination of assessments, interactive learning, quizzes, surveys, mission-based exercises, and coaching sessions that are automated with the MindTickle program allows us to achieve our goals. Meanwhile, the solution allows us to assess effectiveness and look for opportunities to further enhance the program.

"Sales Enablement at a Global FMCG firm"

What do you like best?

There are many things to like. Especially in the case of my organisation which has 1500+ field sales supervisors. Some of whom have been working for >15 years and belong to the generation that is not the most tech savvy of the lot. Mindtickle has allowed me address the Sales development & Sales Capability needs of the organisation at a much faster pace than would have been possible with a traditional e-learning platform.

I would divide my likes into 3 parts:

1. User experience - Simple & easy to understand UI - The platform (web & app) is extremely easy to use & very intuitive for even the most technoligically challenged epmployees.

2. Admin experience - This is the heart of the platform & what really makes it stand out from the clutter. Detailed analytics of Consumption of information, Knowledge score, & learner level reports allow one to mine the data & directly correlate the same with business goals.

3. The Mindtickle team - The best part has been the people @Mindtickle. Ever open to feedback & the product itself has progressed by leaps & bounds within the 14 months I have been using Mindtickle. In fact, I take pride in some of the new features which were part of my feedback given to the team (I am sure I was not the only one btw).

What do you dislike?

If anything, the only thing is time taken to respond to & implement Product development feedback.

Having said that, I say this as a typical client who wants his/her feedback implemented immediately.

"Effective and fun! Mindtickle keeps our sales team sharp."

What do you like best?

The ease of use from both admin and user perspective. As an admin, I can easily upload video content and broadcast it to our entire sales force or just a geographical or departmental subset. I can regularly quiz our sales reps to make sure they are on top of their game at all times. It keeps us sharp.

On the user side, our reps find it easy and enjoyable to consume mindtickle content via the mobile app. The gamification adds a competitive aspect to learning that really hits home with our sales teams.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much to dislike of this product. The support and customer success is great. I hope they keep adding more functionality to the mobile app.

In-person sales training is simply not scalable in our business. Our company is one that is rapidly innovating our sellable product/service line so we need to be able to update our sales force on a dime. Mindtickle's lightweight solution allows us to do that: create engaging content that is just as easy to create and share as it is to consume. Were also able to deliver more effective onboarding content on day 1 of a new sales rep's career which ultimately has driven down our average time to full productivity for all new sales reps.

What do you like best?

My org is a CAAS user along with being a SAAS consumer. The agility and quality displayed by the SAAS side of biz is not displayed by the CAAS side.

The sessions seem dysfunctional at times and laggy. other than that it is a great product for learning or onboarding

Helps with onboarding or training new employees, also helps coworkers that have been with company refresh on things they might have forgotten. also helps with learning when there are new product launches.
