"Real, tangible coaching and strategies for selling"

What do you like best?

Jeff's one day approach with my team was perfect. He structured the content specifically for them and their level of career tenure and delivered it in a fun, energetic, yet credible and authoritative manner that had a great impact.

What do you dislike?

I can't say that there was anything I disliked. Jeff delivered what he promised with my team and we are still seeing results from his training.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Invest the time at the front end to understand what Jeff can offer you and be specific if there are facets of his training that your team needs more of or less of. He wants to meet your team's needs and is willing to work with you to make sure those needs are met.

"Learned a lot "

What do you like best?

Jeff was very entertaining and informative. He clearly knows how to sell and has a lot of helpful tips and techniques.

What do you dislike?

The training session was long and seemed like a long ramble with no clear beginning or end. It seemed like Jeff rambled for hours until the time was up. Pulling tips and techniques from a bunch of his other trainings, rather than focusing on the topic he was brought in to cover.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There will probably seem like there's no logical beginning or end to the training. Jeff starts talking about what you're going to be covering, and 2 hours later, you realize he's begun the training and covered a bunch of the bullet points. While the information is very helpful, it's important that Jeff realizes that it isn't a sales pitch - it's a training. People need to know when it's officially starting so they can start taking notes in order to get the most out of the sessions. While I would recommend Jeff to other companies, I would caution them to make sure he stays on topic and has a clear, communicated agenda.

"Sent me back to work thinking"

What do you like best?

My favorite part was how he encouraged attendees to not take his word as gospel and pull relevant information that works for them individually. The group size was good and Jeff did a good job of encouraging participation.

What do you dislike?

The training was focused on larger industry sales. I work mostly with smaller companies so some of the information didn't apply. That being said, he encouraged everyone to participate and engage to make the most of the training.

What do you like best?

The high energy and candid approach. Some great sales tactics to get your prospects thinking.

What do you dislike?

More centred on US buying behaviours versus European market buying habits and behaviours

What do you like best?

I like the straightforward manner of the talk tracks and emails.

What do you dislike?

Not much. It works. I would like more in-person trainings.

"Sales Training from MJ Hoffman"

What do you like best?

A very pragmatic approach to selling. I still use Jeff's prospecting approach today.

What do you dislike?

Maybe it wasn't taught this way given the audience he had at Cision, but his sales methodology didn't seem to fit at an enterprise level.

A great sales program for mid-market selling.

Hes is funny and effective. Very personable and can relate as he has actually done sales.

Some information had some overlap and was a bit redundant

A lot of his advice was very applicable to my workflow. He admits that not every suggestion works for everyone.

What do you dislike?

Some of the practices/in session applications are railroaded.
