There is absolutely nothing I don't like about MyB2B.
When looking for an EDI company, I called many other companies and the prices ranged significantly. I liked the fact that you can speak with someone and test their system. The support team is amazing. I never worked with an EDI platform, and the support team was always there to help. Couldn't ask for a better company.
We work with big box stores which require the need for an EDI platform. MyB2B Complete EDI Solution makes it really easy and they are hands on whenever you have a problem or question. There is a learning curve to working with an EDI system, but MyB2B gives you all the help and assistance you need.
I have been using Covalent works for about 8 years now and the staff have always been so helpful when we have difficulties with our system. I have 4 large companies that we use EDI for and all are satisfied with the speed and accuracy of the process.
I really don't have anything that I dislike about Covalent works.
The automated ordering process works very smoothly for all of my clients. The accuracy of invoicing is also a plus.
We use Covalentworks for our dropship with Fanatics. What sold us initially was the price. They guided us through all the steps for setup from start to finish. Their customer support team is amazing! They got us setup quickly and if we had questions or ran into issues, they were on top of it. Great company, I highly recommend them.
They didn't have an easy connection application to Shipstation. Though their competitor that did have the application was priced significantly higher.
In order to dropship with Fanatics, we are required to have an EDI provider. Covalentworks already was familiar with the Fanatics and their EDI requirements.
From the very beginning Covalent has helped us to navigate EDI implementations with various business partners. They have always been able to get us up and running regardless of the timeframe or implementation requirements.
EDI Portal could use some minor enhancements, specifically being able to rename or delete test accounts once we are implemented.
Best third party dollars I have ever spent in over thirty years in the business.
We have been able to implement EDI requirements with new business partners quickly and at a reasonable cost. Using Covalent has meant that we have not needed to implement a costly internal and/or third party solution.
Ease of use, web based ability to invoice anytime, anywhere. Pricing is competitive as well.
Not certain of scaling. I haven't researched Covalentworks other offerings, but pricing seems to be very competitive.
If you need a quick solution, MyB2B is for you. Not certain how many customers could be managed comfortably but if it's only a few, you are good to go.
Some of our customers require EDI compliance. MyB2B provides just that, compliance. We are able to invoice with minimal effort which saves time.
In the event that technical assistance is needed, the Customer Service Team is quick to contact me with more than enough help. The few times I have needed help I received answers within the same afternoon!
Given my level of interaction with Covalent and the parts that I utilize, there is not much that I dislike.
Given the shorter duration of time and purposes that I have used MyB2B for, I think it is a wise choice. Especially if like me, you are in the brokerage representation business where you will be responsible for handling purchase orders for clients.

Saving money. Many of our distributors charge a fee for paper orders and fax processing. EDI definitely saves money. Also the orders process through our office so we can track sales by vendor and customer.
Customer support is spot on.
Program is easy to use.
Nothing to report on as a "dislike". Everything works well for our needs.
Communication with customers is streamlined with MYB2B.
Customer service has been extremely responsive thus far.
Myb2b interface could be a little more user friendly.
