What do you like best?
My Newsdesk combines the basic elements that you would expect of this type of service - contacts, distribution etc. But where it wins otu is in its ability ot have a customised online newsroom which can be designed to look like part of your company website, and acts as a destination for all media inquiries. Live chat suppirt is also valuable when you're getting to know the system.
What do you dislike?
Occasional software glitches aren't unknown - importing contacts from Excel spreadsheets in particular can be a little prone to crashing. But you can still cut and paste the contacts, so even this issue isn't something that halts your workflow.

We used this to replace a Press page on the website which was resource heavy, in that every story or image for publication had to be uploaded by a member of the web team, who were already under enormous work pressure. The simplicity of the MyNewsdesk UI means that our PR team can upload and publish material directly.
