Neocase™ Software is a leading provider of integrated HR and Finance service delivery solutions. It enables large and mid-size organizations to reduce costs, standardize processes and improve employee, customer and supplier relationships.
I like how simple this program is to use. It is easy to maneuver through cases or to find a ticket you need. It helps us communicate with several departments.
What do you dislike?
It seems like it does have a lot of glitches. Our supervisors spend a lot of time correcting errors such as adding in a new caller or someone not in the system. Also, when you close a case it sometimes causes duplicates.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We actually use this program in a technical support call center environment. It helps with communication and to be able to look up tickets easier.
