I really like to use this tool, it's easy to use, with many options to protect the source code, and a very good speed of processing.
I used it for about 5 years withouth any problem on deployment environments.
This tool really helped us to avoid the intellectual property stealing from some customers who rented the solution developed but required to install it on their own servers due security concerns.
Tech support is always kind and helpful, when needed.
What do you dislike?
I don't have things to add to this list, once I undestood how the software works and how the final results are generated, all my issues with it where fully solved.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't doubt it, this is a great tool to do the task, When I was looking for this kind of tool, I tried all I can found, but his one was the exact choice to my requirements.
The price is fair considering the solution it gives, and includes 1 year of upgrades and tech support. Also the renewal of support is about half price for an additional year and less buying 2 or 3 more.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Source code protection against decompilers is always a must to do step when small companies develop customized solutions to other companies and the clients don't include the source code on the contract to lower the price of the development, so, to avoid the intellectual property stealing in this specific cases, this tool is really great help.
