The team at Net Solutions is very sharp. They understand exactly what the system is doing, and have even put forth recommendations to improve the functionality of the system. Their work is detailed and very thorough.
The only downside would be the time difference between India and the US. It can make for some long evenings in the US, while working on the projects with the team in India.
Net Solutions is a great value for their service. They are definitely not the cheapest service provider available, but their value is amongst the best.
The Net Solutions team is very professional and uses apps like Jira and BaseCamp to document and manage the entire project. This gave us visibility as to how things were going at all times.
Working with a developer in different times zones can sometimes be a challenge. The benefit is that New Solutions could be working when we were sleeping. The downside is early morning or late night meetings.

Like all offshore partners there are occasional communication breakdowns but nothing catastrophic. Comms are generally reliable and the team are happy to use our chosen communication tools. UX/UI is an area where Net Solutions could improve but, again, this is in common with most offshore teams I have worked with.
I really like the professionalism that their people demonstrate right from the Sales stage till the delivery of the final product. Also, the processes that they follow to deliver quality products.
Ummm... Tough one to answer. Only thing I can think of is the difference in working hours due to timezone.
