What do you like best?

Flexibility to customize fields, searches and reports as needed. Reporting and searching are easy to use and the scheduling and emailing options allow for regular distribution on information to maintain continuity with all personnel.

What do you dislike?

The NSPOS front end is improving but is still a gap in supporting a mixed Retail/Wholesale environment. Data stored in the NSPOS is not easily maintained and certain key features, such as item level pricing, are not supported.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Not only do they realize the need to address the POS side of retail but their developmental progress is easy to recognize with each update.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ability to work with Retail level customers and Wholesale customers in the same database has been extremely beneficial. Date can still be segregated while whole inventory results simplify evaluation time. The ability to market from the system as well has allowed us to centralize our maintenance efforts into one database eliminating additional maintenance and integration overhead.

What do you like best?

It encompasses everything you need into one system

What do you dislike?

Our IT team has had to add a lot of customized fields because Netsuite didn't have them built into the canned software.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Netsuite searches and reports can be very tedious to create. Many fields aren't searchable or available in both. Also, the support will only talk to a select few people in the company, so if anyone has a problem and needs to contact support, you have to go sit with someone in your company that they are authorized to talk to. It slows down the process for resolving issues. Also, we have had to add a lot of customized fields because Netsuite didnt allow us to capture all of the data we were looking for.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Netsuite allows everyone from sales and finance, to our warehouse and manufacturing employees all operate under the same system. Netsuite has add ons for additional more in depth features, such as Payroll, an advanced manufacturing module and more!

What do you like best?

the ability to house all our orders from various websites, (marketplaces + our own). They have some detailed scripts that allow us to make sure we're keeping our orders seperate from each other. Saved search allow for quick access to data, and the ability to e-mail scheduled reporting is helpful when make decisions quickly.

What do you dislike?

The data pulling doesn't allow you to get detailed. We also use Netsuite for our shopping cart of our website, and unfortunately Netsuite has "outages' way too often, which cause us down sales time. In fact, we had to work on a workaround to have another provider provide us a shopping cart page in the instance where Netsuite has gone down.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure it fits your business needs. It's not the most agile product, but it does basic things well that allow us to move forward with our business and focus in other areas that need our attention. Long-term, it probably isn't a sofware that I would want to use if you're a innovative company that prides itself on having an agile environment.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows order organization from multiple sites, which allows us to better organize customer profiles in order to pull sales history of our customers. Also works seamless with SAP to send orders, and has integrations with Channel Advisor to help with our marketplaces.

NetSuite for all

What do you like best?

Love the ability for every department to access all the information that they need with a click.

What do you dislike?

Although report writing is a challenge as well as a steep grade learning curve. It's all worth the investment.

if you are trying to connect departments and keep everyone on the same page...NetSuite has it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have cut down on the amount of conversations and interruptions between departments to solve problem. Everything from the original quote to the invoice is easily accessed. All emails surrounding the recruitment of the client as well as their specifications of a project are a click away.

Love netsuite!

What do you like best?

By far the best cloud software for accounting purposes!!

What do you dislike?

It can be slow or crash sometimes which makes working difficult.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Software has been great for linking everyone within the company. The operational, sales and accounting department are all on the same page.

Very user friendly!

What do you like best?

I enjoy how easy it is to read and navigate. In one click you can have various stat information on a single product.

What do you dislike?

So far I have not found anything that I dislike.
