What do you like best?
I haven't done a customer review before though Newton impressed me so much I felt the need to share. Last year I was charged with researching and presenting a business case to implement an applicant tracking system. After conducting numerous interviews, going over my criteria in an ATS and product demos, Newton stood out for me as an intuitive, progressive, and most importantly customer service driven company. From my initial contact with the sales rep. to customer/tech support on the back end, the staff has been very helpful and timely to answer my questions. Newton exceeded my expectations, I have been using them for a year now and I'm happy with our decision.
What do you dislike?
I have not had any issues with Newton Software at this time.
Recommendations to others considering the product
First and foremost, make sure you have specific criteria on what your company wants out of an ATS. Such as, ease of use, buying software vs. SAAS (software as a service), mobile optimization, search engine functionality, etc. This will help in evaluating all vendors evenly and to create a business case on which ATS stand out for consideration.
