Love NextME simplicity and how quick it is to onboard your staff. The app is very slick and there is little to no training required to get started. Really helps us enhance our customers’ experience during dreaded wait times and also improves our customer retention rates.
What do you dislike?
While they are working on this feature, they need a customer admin portal for us to access the marketing content we display to our guests while they wait for their service. At the moment, NextMe uploads all of our marketing content on our behalf with a 48 hour turn around time
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We’ve significantly improved our online reviews around poor wait times and our guest rentention rates have increased by 23%
* We monitor all NextMe reviews to prevent fraudulent reviews and keep review quality high. We do not post reviews by company employees or direct competitors. Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
