"Great tool for analyzing audience data"

What do you like best?

Each tab clearly outlines its intended goal and info boxes guide you in understanding audience insights

What do you dislike?

Some of the tabs don't load at times; Nielsen customer service has said that this is a result of the browser settings but it still is faulty occasionally

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As an associate within a media agency, I use the DMP software to analyze audience segments and write more educated reports

"Good enough "

What do you like best?

It’s probably the closest thing we’ll have to getting this data. With the data you can clearly see which products are selling and where. It helps to have one place to see data from almost all customers.

What do you dislike?

Nielsen is just a bit out dated in its organization of the data. It’s hard to get the data in the order your need to analyze and some of the required check points don’t make sense for every data pull, thus increasing the time it takes to get what I want. At the end of the day though, you get the data you need.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Nielsen to see sales, distribution, and promotion data. It helps us to compare our success directly against competitors and our own product offerings.

"Data Analytics for sales"

What do you like best?

I like the user interface and platform. Very user friendly and allows data pulls to be easily portrayed into charts and graphs.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was more of a visualization piece. But other than that, it is still the best data analytics platform I have ever worked with.

Dig into as much as you can. You can always learn something new with it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving discrepancies with products that aren't scanning $ sales in stores. The benefits of it is that we are able to drive our business and leverage different products thru the analysis we are able to get in Nielsen.

"Great platform!"

What do you like best?

The AD intel section works great for me as we can play with he information according to our needs and also the data can be sent back!

What do you dislike?

sometimes the turn around time is not as expected and it can be somewhat more user friendly.

Nothing. It is very user friendly. I guess that cost would be the only issue.

"Good service and team but low integration and product not working as expected"

The team is nice, fast to answer emails and provide a good service

There's a lot of things that are not working and still manual. Those were not anticipated

A lot of features we were promised at contract signing were not close to available in production out of the box.

What do you like best?

Account Management, Customer Service, Look A Like Modeling, Connection Team

What do you dislike?

Processing Time of Off Line Data, Productization is behind other DMP's, No real BT Targeting for Frequency based upon off line data, Profile Data Distributions for Gender, Audience insights for Canadian Audience.

Ensure Set-up will meet long and short term needs.

Increase in Audience Targeting, and opening up new doors of audience analysis to meet company and customer demands.

All of the information you need is in one area, instead of using multiple programs.

It can be a little confusing st first, until you familiarize yourself with it.

This data management platform although somewhat new to the game is on par if not better than the other big name DMP on the market.
