Great Remote Control Tool

What do you like best?

The organization using groups to sort all the different installable RC's.

The interface with our company's support website for user to enter session codes.

The ability to send a client an email through NTR to create a one time remote session.

What do you dislike?

Lately, no matter which browser I use, i have to download a separate executable for each session. Before they would run side by side in the same window as tabs. I don't know if this is their fault or not, but as I tried several different browser and get the same thing, I assuming it was a change they made.

I did try calling/emailing their support line about the above issue, but all I received back were suggestions to try things I had already done while troubleshooting it myself.

Remote Support Tool

What do you like best?

We use this tool almost every day! For all of our employees we are able to install a remote tool that allows instant remote access on any computer. For those computers that are not pre-installed, we can easily provide them a code and then remote in using that code. It works on Macs or PCs.

What do you dislike?

It is sometimes unable to connect, which is quite annoying. They also don't have an Android app, which would make it nearly perfect!
