The only thing that’s i would appreciate in the service that OpenMinds gave us was the simplicity of their work website to be able to send emails and ask questions.
What do you dislike?
The dislikes with this company are grand. When the dashboard to view analytics for your projects is clicked on it NEVER worked. Granted then UI was gorgeous but what use is that when the service is not provided to make use of it? Additionally, in true fashion you get a very “silicon-valley” esque customer service. When you complain or have issues, you’re redirected and dodged or ultimately it is user error so the company claims. There is almost no one on one problem troubleshooting despite large service fees.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Do NOT consider this company. I would recommend that if this company ever decides to grow in its online marketing sector they need tried and true customer service professional that can relay information in a prompt manner.
