Our rep was very friendly and accommodating to our requests, and provided timely responses. Overall a pleasant process. I've already recommended Oceanos and our rep to other business units in our company
What do you dislike?
Price is high, but from what we've seen, the quality of data is high and you get what you pay for.
Recommendations to others considering the product
We've used Oceanos for multiple one-off data appends with solid results. Ask for a quality guarantee -- this is a concession they were happy to provide. If we found invalid data, they were willing to give us a credit. We did QA on a sample, data looked good, and we proceeded up update our CRM accordingly.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Segmentation of our existing customer base for email campaigns -- Add-on sales, upgrades, and service-related communications. Getting the right message to the right people, more targeted messaging. We also have an automated nurture program that is dependent on Industry fields. Oceanos helped us fill in the gaps.
