What do you like best?
Great platform for team openness and honesty. It's so easy to use, and gives such powerful metrics to measure all the facets of team member engagement. If you're dealing with a toxic team culture, Officevibe will be the most powerful tool in your arsenal for turning that around.
Plus, team member engagement is high, as the surveys are short and easy, and employees don't have to create accounts or memorize passwords; they can just answer from their email.
Lastly, the Officevibe blog is full of amazing, helpful content! Before we started using Officevibe, I applied a lot of advice from many of their free blog posts.
What do you dislike?
An app would be aces. Many team members have said they would love an app to give anonymous feedback at any time, or even peer-to-peer anonymous feedback.
And more blog content and suggestions for places like healthcare facilities. Those are uniquely stressful environments, and some of the advice given on the Officevibe blog doesn't really translate to workplaces that aren't traditional 9-5 offices in the first place.
Lastly, more team wellness articles. I think the current one's first suggestion is to stop eating bread. While I can appreciate that, it's not the most practical general wellness advice.

Read the blog. Most of all, give it a shot. Decide to trust your people, and be free with information.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Poor communication, toxic culture, disengaged employees.
It's been a 180-degree change. Communication is much more open, and we've shifted to a collective approach for problem-solving, which has led to higher team engagement. Our turnover rate has decreased drastically, and one of the things clients say now is, "Everyone seems happy to be here." That was not the case before.
