Officevibe is amazing and allowing you to take a deep dive into how your people are thinking, feeling, doing and help to quantify things that used to be just observations. One of the most unique functions is the ability for the leadership/admins to interact with the employees giving the feedback so that it's not just oneway, dead-end feedback. The employee can choose to stay anonymous or not throughout the conversation. It gives the opportunity to ask clarifying questions from the employee who gave the feedback which I have found to be so useful.
