Omnify enables us to have a light weight application that we can host in house. We store all BOMs straight into Omnify. Also, Solidworks, and Altium are able to utilize Omnify directly via a database upload. All in all, i like the integration that Omnify provides for all of our users.
Mostly, since i am in the IT support role, i like the support it offers. Basically, i'm not alone. Which bodes well for us since we are a start up.
This review comes specifically after a support call I just had with Chuck M. We had a catastrophic failure on our virtual servers, and Chuck was able to spend approx two hours on the phone with me and brought the entire production and sandbox environment back up.
I was holding my breath the majority of the time, but in the end, everything came back up as it was before. No loss in data at all. Fantastic.

None so far. I've been involved with each phase of the setup, as well as the daily usage of Omnify. So far, everything has been pretty easy to use.
Some items require several clicks to get to where you want to go, but i believe it's necessary for this type of software.
I would highly consider this software for the support alone. I think it is very feature rich and light weight, but in all, the software allows us to perform all tasks that we need to do.

We are using Omnify as a full PLM. As a start up company, it served our purposes really well and we've been able to use this platform from the ground up. Being in med devices, regulatory is always a huge concern. This has been a boon for us since we know we are able to have everything right in Omnify.
