"Leading the way!"

What do you like best?

Onalytica is creating the market as they go by educating prospects and customers with the art of the possible and then bring the data and analytics into the equation to bring the stories to life. Their client services team is super helpful. They are always questioning and looking for ways to help us with what we are trying to achieve.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. Our lack of time to focus on our influencer marketing program in general is slowing us down but the Onalytica have been super proactive to help move us along.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

General awareness in the market. We now have a focused list of influencers for our target personas and industries and we are building a level of activity across channels throughout the year to help us amplify our brand. We are also starting to integrate demand generation into our program and a monthly dashboard we review to see if we are making progress. An additional benefit I hadn't counted on, but am very happy to see, is our sales team is getting involved so it's helping to build aligning internally as well.

"Great tool to tract"

What do you like best?

Onalytica is a great that makes tracking influencer relationships simple. This data, that would typically be obscure and hard to track, is made easy with the tool. I love how you are able to input the influencers you are tracking and see the touchpoints between your company and them. The daily email feature makes interacting with influencers easy as an email comes straight to your inbox with top posts by them. It also makes it easy to maintain and track relationships you create with influencers.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes their influencers they serve up are not applicable or come up based on odd keyword - something that is hard to fix but with easy filtering through its an easy fix!

Recommendations to others considering the product

I am not sure if this is included or not but I highly recommend having a coach with Onalytica! Mine has been super helpful learning how to use the tool, reporting, evaluating influencers as well as making reports to present to executives.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to track, identify and uncover otherwise hidden influencers makes it stand out from its competitors, and essentially does what I need solving the business problem of finding B2B Influencers. It can be difficult but Onalytica works to rank influencers by resonance and make sure that we are targeting the right ones.

"A huge step forward for us and our clients"

What do you like best?

It's allowed us to add another layer to the work that we're doing for our clients, and encourage them to think beyond their traditional audiences. The rapid turn-around of insights from within the platforms has been invaluable, and allowed us to pull together relevant reports in a very short space of time. And the team who support us over there are brilliant.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit of a struggle to get to grips with at first, and it's not always that intuitive to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're trying to help our clients navigate a world where the way we communicate is changing. Traditional media is no longer the only answer, and having an integrated approach to communications is absolutely vital. We've already seen clients broadening their horizons and engaging with individuals whom they previously would have discounted.

"Onalytica - setting the precedent for Influencer Marketing era"

What do you like best?

Onalytica is more than a social media platform in a market that has become saturated. It stands out as a true method for engaging with Influencers and establishing an Influencer presence and strategy. The ability to identify and connect with those whose content and specializations is most relevant and salient in topic areas and within industries. It brings about a highly focused approach as the web experiences a shift in massive data and sources. Through their approach to organic engagement, there is differentiation among those who are purchasing followers or infiltrating channels with high volumes of canned or fake mediums. They also offer expert-led podcasts, blogs, and other curated content to help build communities as springboards for developing Influencer members.

What do you dislike?

The trial version is a bit too light. It offers a great way to try out the Discovery platform and build lists, but then you can't access it from there unless you export it. Still - it's compelling enough through user community, demo, and value proposition, especially after seeing the kinds of results it yields to be convincing to any serious content developers and those seeking to build thought leadership on a topic.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to connect with the most salient topics in highly specialized areas, especially around emerging technologies is key in establishing any kind of leadership position. It fosters the ability to build collaborations across silos of institutions, organizations, independents, etc in coming together on a particular topic. It's an imperative as the pace of innovation, change, and massive amounts of information become available. Standard search and a lack of honing in on specifics like the overuse of the word, 'cloud' without any real differentiator will result in a lack of resonance. It can also lend credibility in expanding the audience across these various channels and further learning, development, and momentum in advancing innovations, build startup momentum, and increase the linkages between those with shared objectives.

"Data Turned Useful"

What do you like best?

Onalytica made it simple to just login and start collecting the information that I needed. Catered to my way of work style as well.

What do you dislike?

The intitial setup took some time but after a few minutes of tinkering was able to successfully get it up and running.

If you are looking to measure your footprint in social media Onalytica truly does help in this endeavor.

Lack of storage for my data/analysis of customers purchasing patterns.
