"Quick, easy way to make group calls, emails, texts"

What do you like best?

One Call Now has a simple interface which allows you to send out a phone call (recorded voice or text-to-speech), emails, or text messages to large groups in a quick manner. You can even create sub-groups if you have certain teams or groups that need to be messaged instead of the entire group. There is a web interface and a mobile app that makes messaging easy. You also get detailed reports for call/message status.

What do you dislike?

There is a fee associated with using One Call Now, so that's prohibitive if your organization has a tight budget. Also, it's a bit cumbersome to record a voice message, so we end up using text-to-speech more often, although it's not as personal...but some of our members actually like the text to speech better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The benefits outweigh the cost of the service, as you'll save a lot of time and effort by using One Call Now. It's an effective tool to disseminate information to clients, customers, associates, members, etc. It's easy to use whether you're on a computer or smartphone.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can quickly notify clients, members, employees, and others about initiatives, updates, and news in a very timely, user-friendly manner. And they can choose whether they want a phone call, text, or email. Being able to quickly contact a large group of people is a great tool to have in government, business, church, and other organizations.

"Great product"

What do you like best?

It's a simple tool that any company could use. our company used it to send internal text group, so we can all keep updated about events, meetings, sells needs.

every moment we needed to call the customer service, it was a perfect answer from them and helped us to solve our problems.

What do you dislike?

i currently have nothing to say about things i disliked. It have been a great product to use at this time for us.

If you are looking for any product that give you all message in one tool, that could def be a good idea for you.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

my past company used this product to send internal text and group message.

We used to have a big problem to stay in touch in our differents business units, and this tools helped us to fix this issue.

More over sales person used it to give internal information about deals and what kind of actions that customer support need to do.

"Priced appropriately & relatively easy to set up."

What do you like best?

We have been using OneCallNow for several years. It has been reliable & relatively easy to set up & use.

We are a nonprofit, so we appreciate being able to introduce this technology to our population @ a relatively low cost.

What do you dislike?

The setup & automation was more of a challenge than we hoped, but once we solved it, it has run flawlessly.

The support we received (free) during configuration/setup was superb & patient & helpful.

We needed an automated way to send text messages to our members, notifying them of incentives being added to their Visa cards. Because the adding of $$ to the Visa cards was automated, we needed an automated way of notifying members that $$ had been added.

"Not very user friendly"

What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to export from our database (ChildPlus) all of our contacts and contact's information

What do you dislike?

How difficult it is to set up for an export. I am not very tech savvy so the initial set up was difficult. Fortunatly, One Call Now had good customer service to help us.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to contact ALL 170+ families for our Preschool at a drop of a hat. Sometimes this can be a phone call, a text or an email, One Call Now makes it very easy to do this.

"Good for automated texting of clients"

What do you like best?

This is a good program for texting a large amount of people in one go (for example, to send offers to people). You can also o voice messages if you wish, and it is easy to use

What do you dislike?

It can be quite expensive and the voice messages can be not very personal if you are sending the same message to everyone. That is why we do not use the voice feature

It is a good way to message a large amount of people, but I would prefer to call people individually as I find it generates more leads

We use this to send text messages to previous customers to offer new products and discounts. We see an increase in visitor traffic to our website after sending them

"Perfect for reaching out to a large group"

What do you like best?

One Call Now allows instant relay of messages to a large group with one simple call or text

What do you dislike?

There are several steps involved in making a voice call, over-complicating the process a bit. It gives us the opportunity to neglect actually reaching out to people

It has all the features you need. There may be simpler products out there, but make sure they will do everything you need them to. One Call Now does.

This service allows us to connect with our congregation almost instantly. It frees us from unnecessary time spent calling each member.

"One Call Now=Win"

What do you like best?

I love this product. My agency had the standard Phone tree. It worked okay, but with One Call Now, I know instantly who received the message, who didn't, and how long it took. It has saved me so much time during emergencies.

What do you dislike?

I have no dislikes at this time. I am still in the "new" phase.

No other recommendations at this time. We really enjoy this product!

"Pretty neat system"

What do you like best?

The best thing about this system is that you can access it anywhere as it’s web based so you don’t need to be in the office to send out an alert.

What do you dislike?

You need to be really careful recording a voice message. We had issues where the message sounded okay when tested off the site but when loaded and sent the volume was very low.

Take advantage of using the groups and sub categories as it helps when adding in contacts and sending messages to a select group.

We use this system in a retirement community setting which works great to quickly alert residents or families in an emergency or with quick notices.

"One Call Now"

What do you like best?

Allows us to contact all families at once or choose specific families. We can send updates and emergency closing information. We can also put more than one telephone number so more than one family member will receive. It has helped with communication between family and school.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the message plays a little differently. Part of deleted message plays on new message.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

The software is simple and easy to navigate. It allows for customization of lists and flexibility while still being easy to use.

What do you dislike?

The login is a group number which I find difficult to remember if I need to login remotely or in case of an emergency usage. However, this may be able to be changed. I haven't tried to change it.

Great option for communications at low cost.
