"Good Base, but requires work"

What do you like best?

Simplicity in getting started and tracking assets.

What do you dislike?

We regularly have issues with the software and in particular on servers. It seems to never work on our systems. This is annoying as the services always seem to be failed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Understand your use case and ensure it aligns with your needs. This is honestly more about a process than a tool. The tool provides a good base, but you need process.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Basic asset tracking, however, we have a manual process for while this helps it is not foolproof.

What do you like best?

I like the customization options available with Oomnitza and the customer support. We use Oomnitza to track the inventory of our technology; mainly laptops. It is fantastic in doing so! Anytime we run into a snag Customer support is top notch!

I would say the performance of Oomnitza could be improved. I would love to see the site work faster and better documentation available online.
